I like this way more than the traditional water diffusers. I don't have to keep filling up a tank or anything. It does make a little sound, but it's only annoying on the highest level, the lower two levels are pretty hard to hear and don't bother me. The only issue I have is that I wanted to use my own essential oils instead of their blends and I can barely smell mine. I also have to fill up the well more frequently than I'd hoped.
