  • I was a loyal customer until they did me dirty. I was buying about 100+ every two weeks and in my last order I went for the seasonal pack and a free gift of roadies and they send me an email telling me they didn't have one of the flavors. They asked me if I wanted a refund or to replace the flavor. I said to replace the flavor. Next thing I receive is a refund. I'm confused. I contact customer service and they tell me they will talk to their team and they don't know what happened. They tell me they can't restart the order and that I have to order again. They offer me a 10 off coupon. I get to re order and the seasonal pack which was a good deal for 4 packs is no longer available. Even with the 10 off the cost per unit is now higher and the gift is no longer available. Customer service tells me to place the order and that they will add the gift. I try to place the order but the 10 off code is not valid. I proceed to contact customer service and for two days I send them emails about the issue with no reply. I'm now convinced they canceled the order on purpose and they don't care. I sent them an email saying if no reply and fix the Im done with cann. They do not reply. I go ahead and then after a day cancel my subscription and on the comments for cancelation say that their customer service is dog shit. Will buy from someone else. They suck.
