I love BR! I've used BR ~10times in the last six months (only renting items, including for one photoshoot) and find the platform really effective and delightful with an amazing selection of clothes. I keep coming back and love that I don't need to buy something new for events that I'll never wear again. I usually rent dresses or signature items (e.g. a jacket) and sometimes handbags. The app is easy to navigate and the process to rent/return was so simple as they take care of cleaning etc. I haven't yet tested renting out my own wardrobe but plan to soon. The BR team is always very friendly and responsive too which helps.
I've only had one instance where the rotator didn't respond at all to my request which was frustrating but ultimately not the platform's fault.
I’ve used By Rotation for a year and a half and I love it. There’s a huge range of outfits and accessories to rent and I can always find something I love.
It’s great when By Rotation partner with brands and influencers so I’d love to see more of that.
I love using the ByRotation platform for fashion rentals. I’m able to share my wardrobe and expand it by renting from others. It’s allowed me to try new brands in a more sustainable way and to get better use from my own wardrobe. Such a great concept.
Some minor details eg notification messages when people cancel with reasons, making sure renters provide full names etc…
A great App with an amazing concept! Love that you rent straight from the owner of the item and can organise delivery/pick up by using the chat system on the App! So easy to use l! Love it
I love ByRotation I have rented from their users many times and all has gone smoothly and efficiently. It means I get to wear pieces that I can’t pay for out right myself. Their customer service is also really responsive if. I have any questions.
I won't be using this app again. The app management is so poor, when you email customer service you get really rude replies from the team that are completely unhelpful. They will reply like "check the app" and not respond to your question -- if I could find it on the app I wouldn't be asking!! If your item gets damaged or lost they take absolutely no liability. This is NOT something that should be the policy if you are sending your much loved and expensive clothing through the mail to virtual strangers. This is so risky and just waiting for a really bad thing to happen for sure (if it hasn't already!). Use a lot of caution, this app is extremely poorly run and managed.
Hire people who actually care. Take care of your customers.
