The machine makes great coffee, but it breaks down easily. I’ve had it replaced three times, the last time I was told they had come up with a new model that fixed the issue, but it just broke down again. Its also unfortunate that their customer service only works PT times, forcing everyone on the East Coast to wait long periods of time before someone can get back to you.

I got to take home a test brewer and have really been enjoying it. I usually don’t have time for coffee at home, but this has been super convenient for when I’m on the go. The coffee tastes great. I don’t even have to use a creamer! (Which is great because mine always end up expiring).

I received a pilot brewer for testing and I am very impressed with this product and brand. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the brewer is gorgeous and I got rid of 2 other appliances on my counter since this makes coffee, espresso, hot water, cold brew etc. The user guide and info also make it easy to use and understand.

I LOVE MY BRUVI!!! Not only doesn't it look beautiful on the kitchen counter, but you can pre-program for your coffee to be ready at anytime. Bruvi makes making coffee so easy!

Due to the limitations of the recycling infrastructure in many parts of the US, Bruvi challenged themselves to find a solution for when recycling is inappropriate or unavailable. Bruvi's B-Pods® are made to be both recyclable or simply tossed. They are uniquely designed to substantially break down in a landfill much faster than untreated plastics through an organic process that leaves no microplastics behind. In applicable landfills, B-Pods® can also play a role in Landfill Gas to Energy projects, creating renewable energy and bringing enhanced end-of-life value. This solution also eliminates the need for additional recycling or composting infrastructure, carbon inefficient PLA or bioplastic solutions, and saves users from complicated separation and recycling steps.
