Bruvi

The machine makes great coffee, but it breaks down easily. I’ve had it replaced three times, the last time I was told they had come up with a new model that fixed the issue, but it just broke down again. Its also unfortunate that their customer service only works PT times, forcing everyone on the East Coast to wait long periods of time before someone can get back to you.

I got to take home a test brewer and have really been enjoying it. I usually don’t have time for coffee at home, but this has been super convenient for when I’m on the go. The coffee tastes great. I don’t even have to use a creamer! (Which is great because mine always end up expiring).

I received a pilot brewer for testing and I am very impressed with this product and brand. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the brewer is gorgeous and I got rid of 2 other appliances on my counter since this makes coffee, espresso, hot water, cold brew etc. The user guide and info also make it easy to use and understand.

I LOVE MY BRUVI!!! Not only doesn't it look beautiful on the kitchen counter, but you can pre-program for your coffee to be ready at anytime. Bruvi makes making coffee so easy!

I have an important update to share! After contacting Bruvi about my issues with their product, they were incredibly helpful and agreed to send me a brand-new Bruvi machine. They told me to just recycle my current one. It's great to see that they are working hard to address all the kinks during their first year in business. Please disregard my original review! ***************************************************************** 1, Expensive 2. You can only use their pods 3. Shipping takes forever 4. I have had it for about 6 months. Now, about once a week, halfway through the brewing cycle, it explodes. Coffee grounds are everywhere and you have to dig out the pod that gets stuck in the back of the machine. 5. As far as taste, I find it no different than Keurig K-cups.

Still waiting for my paid order to arrive (since 05/26/2023). Tracking showed it just sitting somewhere in California for days. Then it started to move on 06/01/2023, with date of arrival scheduled for 06/06/2023. And today I get a notice that arrival of my Bruvi will not be 06/06. but 06/08. Why do I feel I have made a big mistake purchasing Bruvi? Because, I'm wondering how long it will take to receive more Bruvi coffee pods, as no other source has them. Maybe I will return it unopened as soon as it arrives, for a "lesson learned" refund. UPDATE: My Bruvi order arrived today 06/06 as originally shown. I put it to the test right away, and was rewarded with a cup of excellent tasting coffee. I still don't like waiting on my purchases, but I have to admit after only one cup that my Bruvi was worth the wait.

The unit itself is very nice. The pods taste about the same. I don't like that they don't have many choices and you can only use their pods. There are no decaf samples in the variety pack it comes with so you are forced to buy separate pods that are decaf. You have to buy 2 reusable expensive pods if you want to use your own coffee grounds. I find the coffee is not really hot when its done brewing. You can see water go into your cup towards the end of brewing instead of coffee. I am really disappointed and am not sure if I will return the unit. If you return it, you have to pay for shipping which is $80-100 since it is heavy and is packed in 3 different boxes to protect the unit. I feel Keurig has better coffee and comes out hotter, although Keurig always has issues with their coffeemakers. I know this is a small company that started in Nov 2022 (as I was told by a woman rep on the phone, but this page says it was founded in 2018 and launched in Oct 2021, so I was misled?) but this is my honest opinion. The bruvi coffeemaker is expensive so make sure you want it before you buy it. Delivery is slow. It was sitting in Riverside, CA for about 5 days. Not sure why it couldn't be sent as soon as I placed the order. They have one kind of tea pod (coming soon) Matcha Latte. For 20 pods, it is $31.20 if you have auto delivery. One time purchase is $39.00 plus shipping, so it is expensive. I will not try the tea since its too expensive.

Couldnt be happier with my new Bruvi. Looks amazing and the coffee is superior to my current Nespresso machine. So easy to use, great price. A+ all around!

Long awaited, and finally here! This machine brews very good coffee and checks a lot of other boxes as well. Heat up time is incredibly short and starts brewing in about 5s once you hit the brew button. it's so fast my wife uses it for hot water instead of our electric kettle. The coffee is really tasty. No more drinking burned/bitter coffee out of my other brewer. Just consistently good tasting coffee with pods that you can actually throw away cause they pods fully biodegrade!

Really easy to set up. So far coffee is for sure a pleasant surprise and taste better then my Nespresso pods. I love all the diversity the machine offers as well. Just about to by my mother one for her home.

I have tried a pilot brewer. I've been a Nespresso user for many years, and I'm very excited about this machine. I don't have to refill it nearly as often, and it makes all kinds of things: coffee, tea and espresso. The coffee has been tasty and always at just the right temperature.

This machine is nothing short of incredible. Seriously, the variety of blends, the ease of use, the array of personalization options… I’m in love with this coffee! I’ve been searching for a sustainable pod option and I’m so glad I finally found one. 10 out of 10!!!

Love the look of this brewer. Perfect size and goes well with my contemporary kitchen decor. I am not the most tech savy, but the big touch screen made it easier for me to brew my first coffee with no sweat. The coffee tastes amazing, couldn't believe it was a from a single serve machine.

I got to pilot test the brewer and it works amazing. The coffee is like no other and I love all the options.

I bought it a long time ago, and they keep delaying the delivery time for more than three months. I am considering canceling it.
