When you leave a conditioner in your hair for a while, smell becomes even more important than normal. I really struggled with the scent of this deep conditioner: it smelled like an artificial bread/cake flavor that felt unnatural to have on my hair. As for its conditioning power, it did a great job detangling and adding moisture to my hair. I won’t be repurchasing this though and do wonder what their other scent options are like.
I love BREAD as a company, they have the cutest branding and really effective products! The scalp mask/scrub sells out quickly via Sephora, but is worth it when you can grab it. I am using my first bottle of the hair oil still, it smells like gummy bears and I only need a few drops on my fine hair!
Creamy indeed, this deep penetrating shampoo and conditioning of theirs has worked very well for my hair and smells like something sweet maybe a fruit, but it makes it easier to comb through my hair and manage
I'm absolutely obsessed with the hair oil, it smells really good and my hair feels a lot less dry throughout the day. I've also tried the ultra-hydrating shampoo and did not it at all. It made my hair feel so dry and not hydrating at all; and the intensive moisture mask conditioner didn't do enough to get rid of the dry stray feeling of hair. Would and have repurchased the hair oil, but that's it.
