It’s a very cool idea, these little tablets that dissolve in your mouth and you swish it around and spit them out and their probiotic. But in practice, they’re pretty gross. They melt fast but just sort of get sticky and they taste not bad but, not good. And it’s hard to spit all of it out because it’s not really liquid. I’d stick with regular mouthwash, although the packaging is delightful.
