My daughter bought a pair of the Birkenstock EVA sandals for the beach last summer. I wore them the week of the beach a the Outer Banks and then to the local pool a couple of times. They broke down where the strap meets the sole of the shoe with a crack. She reached out to customer service and they determined there was excessive wear on the sandal. NOT TRUE! Barely any wear and the printing is still visible inside the sandal. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY! Had a pair of Berks I purchased in the late 90's that lasted 15 years. Sorry they have lost their way.

this is the 2nd pair of birkenstocks for me neither pair has lasted past 2 years. Basically I feel they don't make them like they use to. I had a pair that lasted super long time back in the 90's and the only thing I had to do was keep them sealed and repalce the soles. these last couple will crack near the ball of the foot in the cork and sole of the shoe. it's like they make them to just last past their warranty. For the price I spend it's forcing me to look elsewhere. It make me sad to say the quality is not like it use to be. Here is a picture of my last 2 shoes to share how they breakdown. I never had this problem in the past.

I bought my son a pair of Birkenstock 2 buckle sandals for Christmas 2022. I purchased them from the Birkenstock website. He wore them a few times for short periods of time. One of the buckles came loose/broke wishing 2 weeks of him getting them. I contacted customer service about this issue sending a picture. This is the response I got from them: As each person wears their Birkenstock footwear differently, there is no specific warranty or guarantee. There are many factors that contribute to how the footwear wears, such as how often they are worn, where they are worn, the level of shoe care provided, how they are stored, and the individual walking pattern of the wearer. Some people get less than one year of wear, while others may get two or more. A member of our Quality Control Team has reviewed your photos, and based on the time frame you have had these and the overall condition of the footwear, this does not appear to be a manufacturing defect. For this reason, we cannot offer a replacement. I don’t recommend buying from this company because their customer service is horrible. These shoes are way too expensive to last 2 weeks with no replacement.

Birkenstocks are very versatile when it comes to styles! I purchased my first pair about a year ago and purchased a second pair for this summer. The first pair I purchased were the Arizona style and although they were cute they tended to hurt my feet after a long day of school, for this pair I sized up. My newest pair is the Mayari style and I bought it true to size and they are much more comfortable!! I wear them almost everyday and my feet never hurt.

I have like five pairs. They are so comfortable and last forever if you take care of them. No notes

I have had my birkenstock sandals and birki clogs (blue) for years. They are staples of my summer wardrobe.

Love my birkenstocks. Comfortably, long-lasting and love the look.

It takes a few weeks of discomfort to break in, but they work well.

These sandals go with me everywhere. They are timeless, comfortable and ergonomic, the triple threat in my opinion.

I love these shoes, I have 5 pair 👣 pink, mauve, black, brown & clog style. I love them all.

The rubber Arizona sandals are one of the best shoe purchases I've made to date. Very comfortable and perfect to throw on and run errands. I also have the Boston clogs and love them for transitional weather periods.

By far the best sandals of this type. When I wear other brands my feet hurt, but my faithful Birkenstocks support my feet so well. I now never buy another brand. Expensive but worth every penny.

Très déçue par mon expérience d’achat en ligne J’ai commandé une paire de Birkenstock via leur site, mais la livraison s’est très mal passée : j’ai dû payer un supplément de 20€ pour que le colis soit livré à domicile… et malgré cela, le colis a été déposé en point relais, ce qui m’a obligée à me déplacer. Le modèle ne me convenant pas, j’ai engagé une demande de retour via leur site. J’ai renvoyé la paire avec preuve de dépôt de La Poste, mais plus d’un mois plus tard, toujours aucun remboursement. J’ai même envoyé un mail de relance — sans réponse. Un message figure sur leur site mentionnant un “délai temporaire dans le traitement des retours”, mais aucune communication directe, pas de mail, aucun suivi personnalisé. Ce manque de transparence est très inquiétant pour un service client censé être sérieux. En résumé : livraison décevante, service après-vente inexistant, et toujours pas de remboursement. Je suis très mécontente et ne recommanderai pas d’acheter en ligne chez Birkenstock.

Birkenstock is hands down my favorite sandal brand. The comfort and quality cannot be compared to other brands. The shoe is well made and has such a variety of different options that are sleek and fun. The quality makes them well worth the price.

The Birkenstock Boston Canvas and Leather clogs are so comfortable and classic. They go with any outfit and you can wear them comfortably all day. You can wear them with or without socks and the quality is great. They’ll last you a long time. Definitely worth the investment.

Love these shoes. They are stylish, comfortable and the best quality. Love that they can be worn with a casual outfit like running shorts and a t-shirt or sweatshirt or something a little nicer like a casual dress or a nice top and jeans.
