Got it as a present from my wife for my birthday. Finally set it up after the winter ended last year. Absolutely loved what it provided. Even ended up getting the solar panel to keep it charged. The camera broke recently. It took over a month for anyone from the company to respond to my many emails, messages, reach outs from various social media. When they finally did, it took over another month before they finally resolved the issue. It is so hard to get them to respond to you if you have technical issues. That is the main reason I can't completely and wholeheartedly recommend the product. Otherwise, I really enjoy it.

My family friends and I have enjoyed several hours of streaming and going over pictures and videos from My Bird Buddy. This device is nothing short of spectacular. The craftsmanship of the device, the housing, the camera, the videos and pictures are such high quality and worth every penny. And every minute of usage.

The Bird Buddy is a fantastic way to see birds close up in your own back yard, learn about them as well as the ability to see other birds feeders is wonderful. It is best to have the solar roof for recharging. I love it and support Bird Buddy completely because of what they stand for and their commitment to birds although I feel it is too expensive and the accessories are over priced as well.

Just bought my first Bird Buddy last week and I LOVE it! Simple, but great design, easy to set up and I love that it automatically captures images and videos of every visitor, and identifies them with high quality. Highly recommended.

I find the Bird Buddy's bird identification feature to be incredibly beneficial. Sharing the videos with my friends and family brings me joy, as they are impressed by the high-quality images and close-up footage. This aspect of owning a Bird Buddy is truly fulfilling. Additionally, I love watching the birds as they come to feed.

I received the bird buddy as a gift. It was difficult for me to setup because I am not computer savvy so it was an ordeal. I did final complete the setup and now I love the photos I receive of the birds in my backyard. Beautiful cardinals, blue jays, robins, sparrows, wrens etc. I had no idea we had such a variety of birds and I even can hear them sing and chatter

The product itself has been great, I've had almost no issues in the several years I've had it. When I did have an issue they went way beyond anything I could have anticipated to get it fixed. The app is easier to use than ever and they are constantly improving it. I am just truly blown away by how awesome every aspect of my Bird Buddy experience has been.

I just received the Bird Buddy for Christmas and love it !!! It was easy to set-up and I have not had to recharge the battery (it's been 28 days). I've seen so many birds, captured on camera and video and love the information about each type. I've had not issues with the device, so have not needed to contact Customer Service or Support. I also enjoy the information on the BirdBuddy Facebook Group.

I love being able to see my backyard birds up close. Bird Buddy has great customer service. They listen to their customer suggestions for improvements.

We LOVE our Bird Buddy. We really enjoy seeing the photos, and videos of the birds visiting our feeder. Bird Buddy also identifies the visitors. We are also learning more about the characteristics of the birds. I also enjoy seeing the birds shared to the Community. I highly recommend this Bird Buddy Feeder!

I'm enjoying my Bird Buddy very much. I particularly like being able to see the details of local bird species up close with out being intrusive. I found it easy to set up and connect. The instructions were very clear and the problems I did encounter could have been avoided by reading them first. The few wireless connection problems I've encountered were more likely caused by my home network and not the Bird Buddy's electronics. The only battery recharging problem occurred after a heavy snow fall which temporarily covered the solar panel which is to be expected.

I love my bird buddy! It’s so fun to see my backyard birds up close and experience their personalities in the videos. We’re having a lot of fun with this product. My friends are really invested in which bids come to visit as well. The image quality is amazing and it’s super easy to use. I wish the camera was a bit quicker to catch the super fast visitors but I’m sure this will come along as the product continues to develop. Highly recommend!

I got my bird buddy for Christmas and am in love with it. I love being able to get high quality postcards and videos of the birds in my backyard (trying to zoom in from my window just isn’t the same). I also love the gamification of unlocking bird badges every time a new bird is captured on the camera - it provides interesting facts about the bird species and helps me feel more connected to my backyard birds.

What a great toy abd scientific tool in one. Love it and love that the gathered information is not only interesting for me, but also for many others. The only negative point would be the battery life. If there are 3-4 cloudy days, I need to recharge it manually, also with the solar panel roof.

Photo quality is great. Software is actively developed and improved. I can share pictures easily and I can see feeders and their visitors around the world! Many birds - photos and videos - I'll probably never see in person! A terrific use of cameras and network technology! So fun and interesting. Seems like a nice company too, easy to deal with, nice newsletter and other communications.

Bird Buddy was a Christmas gift from my daughter and son in law in 2022. I received my Bird Buddy in May 2023. It was worth the wait! The only thing I find somewhat difficult is plugging in the wire to the camera module after charging indoors. While looking at birds from around the world (i am an upgraded pro member) i wish i could easily separate photos from my feeder. It seems like they are all in one giant gallery.

I absolutely am charmed by the wee birds that come visit from my backyard. I even love the squirrels that come visit! The photos and videos are so charming. The only reason this doesn't get a 5/5 is that currently, the app is not very intuitive, and can be frustrating. However, the bird house, the accessories, all seem well--constructed, high quality, and corners weren't cut in the manufacturing. It is definitely high-end, and performs that way.

My Father in law loves it. He gets so excited when he gets a new visitor. He has been bird watching for overn20 years. This was the perfect gift for him.

This was a gift from our children because they know how much we enjoy sitting and watching the birds at our house. Well, this gives us a real front row seat to see the birds and watch them interact with each other. It’s just amazing you can hear them sing and call to their mates. The experience is awesome.

Love our Bird Buddy. It's so cool to see them up close and personal and learning about the birds from all the information that is provided in an artsy cool way.. I've already bought one for my niece for her to share with her granddaughters and teach them about the different birds. Customer Service is also great and quick to respond.
