  • Warning *** Order at your own risk I thought the science was sound and placed an order on 1/20/24. 1st red flag: I received an email stating they were expecting shipping delays due to vendor issues. They sent a different size because they didn’t have the size I ordered. I received the major components on 02/01/24 and started using it right away. Unfortunately, I experienced wiring errors immediately and the system would shut off repeatedly. I reviewed the troubleshooting instructions on their website and Facebook group. No improvement. No bent pins or kinked wires on the controller. The app showed that the controller would not charge past 69%. An email was sent 02/02/24 notifying the company of the issue. No response. Another email was sent 02/08/24 and 02/10/24, again with no response. I disputed the purchase with Affirm on 02/13/2024, which is still in progress. Sent another email on 2/20/24 and “Grace” (seeming the only customer service person for the company) tells me a refund will have $128 restocking fee. What is there to restock? This is a defective product and every effort was made to communicate with BionicGym and request assistance. I was asked to submit a photo of the product before I can receive the return shipping address. Again, no further response. I will continue to get my story out there because corrupt fraudulent companies shouldn’t be allowed to stand behind terms and conditions when they treat consumers this poorly. Order at your own peril. You have been warned.

  • Pros: Good to wear for when you're working from home and sitting all day because it helps prevent chronic pain on a low setting. It markets itself as a weight loss product, which is questionable. Cons: It's quite an undertaking to put on and the velcro strips wear down very easily, which makes the thing fall off easily. It's kinda wonky as a product, the controller isn't always detected from the phone (which is needed to run the gadget) and it's expensive for the quality you get. The two sizes they have don't fit well on petite people like me and the extenders are too much of a hassle to use.

  • This company is nonsense. they sell way overpriced mass produced extra large gel pads (essentially tens units) and classify it as "high-end" to make the consumer feel as if they will lose weight. I would NOT recommend if you have any disability or form of EDS especially. They also dont require consumers to agree to their $128 restocking return fee before purchasing and insist on lecturing consumers post return that it was the "basic common sense responsibility" to review such policies prior to purchase. Most restocking fees are 30-50 dollars not 128. The company doesn't even offer the return policy link in their online purchase steps. It's hidden within their faq web page. So in other words they bait and switch consumers if you try it 'free' like their ads say. Screw bionic gym. I'm sad these types of companies exist. I gave them constructive criticism by offering to bolster themselves up by enacting a return policy agreement prior to purchase but essentially they just spat in my face in return. I recommend to NOT buy this product or waste time and or money with this company.

  • The unit I have is detective and the battery won't hold a charge. I have contacted them with no response to the problem. Don't waste your money. There true reviews aren't listed in there site. I'm sure there paid for. Can get better true results at a much lower cost.
