Warning *** Order at your own risk I thought the science was sound and placed an order on 1/20/24. 1st red flag: I received an email stating they were expecting shipping delays due to vendor issues. They sent a different size because they didn’t have the size I ordered. I received the major components on 02/01/24 and started using it right away. Unfortunately, I experienced wiring errors immediately and the system would shut off repeatedly. I reviewed the troubleshooting instructions on their website and Facebook group. No improvement. No bent pins or kinked wires on the controller. The app showed that the controller would not charge past 69%. An email was sent 02/02/24 notifying the company of the issue. No response. Another email was sent 02/08/24 and 02/10/24, again with no response. I disputed the purchase with Affirm on 02/13/2024, which is still in progress. Sent another email on 2/20/24 and “Grace” (seeming the only customer service person for the company) tells me a refund will have $128 restocking fee. What is there to restock? This is a defective product and every effort was made to communicate with BionicGym and request assistance. I was asked to submit a photo of the product before I can receive the return shipping address. Again, no further response. I will continue to get my story out there because corrupt fraudulent companies shouldn’t be allowed to stand behind terms and conditions when they treat consumers this poorly. Order at your own peril. You have been warned.
