After my hair stylist used the 1 inch barrel on me, I bought one for myself. That was over a year ago and I still use it almost every day! It still works great and I’m always getting complimented on my curls. Don’t plan on using another curler anytime soon!

Worst brand, product and company. No customer service or support after sale. Did not respond for days, takes no ownership for product support or assistance on their faulty product. Will never buy anything of them.

I have never had such bad customer service from any company. They have you deal withAI through emails who puts company above client. Then they ban your phone# and you will never get through to a human being. Very disappointing. My $329.00 "Smart Dryer" is not smart. It's a technological mess. I can't ever count on it working properly.

I have very fine, straight hair. Keeping it curled is a feat in itself. My hair stylist used the 1inch Long Barrel Bio Ionic Curling Iron on my hair and to my surprise, the curls stayed all day. I immediately purchased one for myself and refuse to use any other iron now! The curls last all day, even in the Texas humidity. I've converted both my mom and sister over and they immediately fell in love as well. Highly recommend to anyone with fine, straight hair!
