Worst brand, product and company. No customer service or support after sale. Did not respond for days, takes no ownership for product support or assistance on their faulty product. Will never buy anything of them.

I have never had such bad customer service from any company. They have you deal withAI through emails who puts company above client. Then they ban your phone# and you will never get through to a human being. Very disappointing. My $329.00 "Smart Dryer" is not smart. It's a technological mess. I can't ever count on it working properly.

My experience also. AI takes care of emails to serve the company not the buyer than the company bans your phone calls. Use to love this company and their products. I have the crappiest $329.00 hairdryer I have ever owned. Smart dryer that is pretty dumb. That coupled with customer service will have me looking elsewhere
