  • Thoughtful compartments and organization
  • Cushioned handle comfort
  • Clever built-in weight indicator
  • Durable, travel-ready construction
  • Heavy weekender bag ergonomics
  • Scuff-prone light shell finish
  • Occasional zipper and hardware issues
  • Smaller-than-expected interior capacity

BÉIS earns largely positive reviews for sleek, thoughtfully engineered travel gear that works—roomy carry-ons with cushioned handles and built‑in weight indicators, Weekenders with smart shoe compartments, and work totes with practical organization—while recurring complaints cite heaviness (especially Weekenders and totes), scuff‑prone light colors, smaller‑than‑expected interiors on some rollers, and mixed product durability and customer service. For buyers, the brand delivers strong functionality and style, but those sensitive to weight or wear should choose darker shades and consider rolling options over shoulder carry.

  • I have the weekender bag. It’s very good quality and i love the shoe compartment at the bottom. Also glad you can slide it over rolling suitcase handles. It does get very heavy for carrying it through an airport so i prefer to use it for small trips where I am driving.

  • I was pretty set on buying an Away suitcase, and then I came across a woman packing a full week's worth of clothing into a Beis Weekender bag. I was also looking for a smaller bag like this, so I ordered one. I was pleasantly surprised how roomy and well-designed it is. Happy with my purchase, I ordered a medium Beis suitcase and I am enamored with this thing. The designers thought of everything- from the shoe pockets to the weight-indicating handle. And at a fraction of the price of an Away bag!

It can get scuffed up, like any hard-sided luggage. Just use a little soap and a magic eraser and they'll scrub right off.

  • Absolutely love this brand! The products are so practical and cute. I have the black carry on, mini weekender, and expandable backpack. I’ve been trying to travel without checking in a bag a lot more and these allow me to do just that. The expandable backpack fits so much and I love using it for travel and work!

  • Overall, this brand is GREAT! The style and design of the products is A1!! I feel so stylish and chic with my backpack and weekender. I cannot wait to get more of these amazing products!!

My only thing is how to clean the material - I got a mark from the airplane and not sure how to wash my backpack.

  • I got the weekender bag and it is WAY bigger than I thought it was gonna be. BUT it is really versatile and useful and can hold quite a bit of stuff. I travel a lot and I really like t.

The text marketing from Beis is really invasive and unpleasant. So much so that I bought it through Norstrom rather than directly through the brand.

  • I have the travel tote from the lonely ghost collab (call me when you land). I have used it for travel and for an everyday work bag. The travel tote bag is still in really good condition. I really like the two strap options, not including detachable shoulder strap with shoulder pad.

  • I specifically LOVE my Beis carry on. I travel quite frequently, and this is a staple bag for me. It is a little on the larger size for carry ons, so I'm not sure it would work as well if you're flying outside of the US with airlines that have smaller limits for carry on bags. The handle is comfy for dragging it through the airport and the little bags that came with it (for dirty clothes, etc.) were a fun bonus. I also have the weekender with the detachable bottom, and I have mixed feelings about it. The quality is good, but it isn't a great fit for flights for me. Definitely better for road trips or weekend trips (as the name implies), but even then I have other bags I gravitate towards more.

  • I love my weekender bag! I try not to fill it too much because when it gets too heavy, it is hard to carry on my shoulder.

  • I have the carry-on suitcase, the weekender bag, and the work tote. I love all of the products I have. However, the weekender bag may get heavy, so it's more ideal for roadtrips or putting on your suitcase handle. It definitely gets hard walking through the airport with a heavy weekender bag. While I love the work tote, I wish I would've ordered a smaller size (I think I would use it more). However, I have used my bigger work tote even as an over-night bag. I love all of the pockets and details in all of my Beis bags.

  • I love my suitcase! I got the beige carry on and it’s lasted me about a year now with no problems. I love the cushioned handle and extra pockets and laundry bags it comes with as well

  • The mini weekend is absolutely perfect and can be used as your personal item! (something i searched foreverrrr for). I love the two compartments and the thought and care that went into the design.

  • I LOVE BEIS! Now with that out of the way I've yet to buy actual luggage cause I have yet to have a need for it (here's to more travel this year) but I've bought a few of their toiletry cases and the backpack. I've bought everything in their beige colorway and they have been quite easy to keep clean and maintain. I've used the backpack for a multitude of weekend and day trips and have never needed more space for all of my stuff. I'm looking forward to trying out Beis luggage and have been eyeing their tote for a work bag. I haven't had any reason to reach out to their customer service so I can't comment on that but the shipping was pretty fast on all my orders. The only downside I have faced is the lack of stock which comes with the popularity of the brand but can be a bit annoying when you're ready to jump on buying something and its sold out for weeks at a time.

  • Above my expectations! I started with the weekender and have since purchased Beis cubes, suitcases, and the pet carrier. Everything is really sturdy and designed with organization and convenience in mind. I recommend Beis to everyone now and have just been so surprisingly pleased with everything I've gotten.

Honestly no feedback, I love Beis!

  • I love my duffle bag from Beis! I'm using it as a hospital bag for when I give birth. It's very spacious and comes with a few smaller bags on the inside which I use for cosmetics and laundry.

  • Great travel luggage but availability was spotty, leading to a purchase of my second-ranked color. Multiple pockets, great organization, and durable outer shell. Thoughtfully designed and hopes that it lasts!

Pricey and more stock would be appreciated.

  • I bought Beis Mini-Weekender on August 2022, and I love the aesthetics of the brand. However, it is very heavy!! I was traveling around Europe by trains and cheap airfare, so even though the weekender looked nice and fit a lot of my things, my arms had the work-out of their lives. I would love to test other Beis travel items!

  • I was #influenced to buy the Beis weekender bag and carry-on roller set, and they didn't disappoint. Both bags are extremely roomy and have lots of cool little features - like the TSA lock on the roller bag, the removable laptop cushion in the weekender, and all of the pockets and compartments across both bags. I also got the Beis packing cube set, which fit perfectly within the roller bag and allow you to stuff so many more clothes in an organized way. Overall, there's really nothing that I would change about the bags - they're one of my favorite purchases in the last couple years.

  • I have a navy blue carry on and mini weekender and they have become my go-to for any trips! The mini weekender is the perfect size for a personal item and I can fit my toiletries, a pair of shoes, and an outfit in it. They pack so much are so aesthetically pleasing and I love that the weekender bags slip over the handlebar of the rolling suitcase. I used the two for an 11 day international trip and had plenty of space without needing to check a bag!

  • I LOVE my Beis Backpack - it is perfect for every flight! Every compartment is functional and easily accessible.

I have taken my Beis backpack around the world and I have nothing but great things to say about it.

  • I was really excited to try out the Convertible Weekender Bag in black since I travel frequently for 3-5 day trips. It seemed like it would be the perfect size. Once I got the bag, I realized how heavy it was, even without anything packed in it. I even removed the shoe compartment at the bottom to see if it would be lighter, but it was still very heavy for not that large of a bag. I packed it for a weekend trip and ended up having to unpack it and use my old bag because the Beis bag was too heavy, and did not hold everything I needed. The way the top of the Weekender bag opens is also misleading. While open, you can pack more before reaching the zipper, but since it folds down to close, that removes a lot of packing space that could be utilized. I ended up not using the bag at all and returned it.

    Feedback

Very heavy; zipper to close takes away from available packing space.
