I accidentally placed a duplicate order for an item, but Malachi from customer service was fantastic! He quickly helped me cancel the order, allowing me to recreate it. One happy customer here!

I used to buy from the brand a TON. Love their designs. Unfortunately, they always show wear and tear. And tarnish. The gold plating wears off quickly and stones fall out easily. I stopped wearing all my pieces, even the formally beautiful custom ones. Amazing initial product (and great customer service), terrible long term execution. I stopped buying because I felt it was throwing my money away when another brand could do similar, but last longer. If they could just have better quality products, especially for the price, they would be the greatest.

I'm loving the rings and bracelet I ordered, but the anklet was too small. However, the company ships a prepaid shipping label for any returns. I happened to misplace my shipping label and Nyla on the Customer Care team promptly emailed me a new label. Great experience!

Durability is not their strong suit, unfortunately, but customer service is excellent in quickly resolving issues, whether that's refund or replacement!

Recently bought a Buffalo Bills bracelet set and put it on for the first time today and one of the bracelets broke five minutes later. I know their products are usually dependable! Sent an email to their customer service and heard right back from them offering a replacement or refund! An hour later I had an email that my replacement bracelet was being shipped! Excellent customer service!

Love my new necklace! Heartbroken on day 2 my necklace broke. I reached out to the Baublebar team to let them know. I did what they asked they are replacing my necklace!
