  • Ordered a beautiful bracelet for a girlfriends birthday and myself. She informed me when she wore it the first day it broke and left the next day on vacation. I contacted the customer care team and they were willing to listen to my concerns and reviewed photos she sent me. They immediately replaced the item which i am so thankful for.
