  • I recently ordered the Bauble Bar bubble rhinestone initial necklace in an M. Just received it and I’m so disappointed. The initial itself looks like an upside down W instead of an M. Also, it’s HUGE!!! It really should be half the size. It just looks really obnoxious instead of classy. It’s so gigantic that I would feel like a wannabe rapper with it on. I definitely won’t wear it so what a waste of money. I’m disappointed because I was really excited about getting it.

  • My daughter ordered the custom woven name bracelets for me- one for each grandson. They both broke rather quickly ( the difficult) self closure gizmo. They also tarnished immediately. Baublebar replaced them both and when the second one broke I got a different kind of bracelet . These are name bracelets- the kind of thing one wears everyday. But don’t. They’ll break, tarnish and in general will prove poorly made for the money.

  • Ordered a bead bracelet, within one minute of placing the order I emailed BaubleBar and asked to change one particular bead to a blank bead. 4 days later they responded with absolutely no help, just refused to make this tiny change in a personalized beaded bracelet. Not an option to change a bead with a + on it to a plain old blank bead. Not a suggestion, No help and no cooperation at all.

  • I ordered custom bracelets on October 20th. After weeks of seeing that my order hadn’t shipped, I reached out to the team to see what was going on with my order. I had to follow up several times before finally receiving word that my bracelets would ship on November 28th and that they had issued a partial refund. November 28th hit and I still had not received a tracking number because guess what, my bracelets still hadn’t shipped. I followed up, after a day I still had no answers. The customer service representative issued a full refund (which I demanded and after me having to follow up for nearly a month, it should’ve been issued without my request). I have consistently followed up to try to figure out if 1. I will still even receive this order (that I was looking forward to, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place) and 2. A legitimate confirmation that they were shipping, as in a date and time to except their arrival, with a tracking number. This company has thousands of orders a day, I’m confused as to why they can’t seem to get 2 custom bracelets to a customer. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this site and if you do make sure you do NOT order anything custom. There is 0% chance you’ll receive it and if you do it will be because you’ve had to harass customer service for a month via email and then leave a lengthy terrible review. I would stay away from ordering anything! 0 stars!

    What could have made this experience great is if i had just received my order. Instead, I’ve been in an ongoing chat about when I can get it and nothing has been shipped.
