I ordered a letter initial necklace for my daughter’s 12th birthday. I received the box today and excitedly opened it up. Sadly there wasn’t a necklace inside. I emailed BaubleBar right away letting them know what happened and within minutes Tiffany from BaubleBar messages back and assists me. Her kindness and compassion was so appreciated and within 30 minutes she had another necklace shipped to me. Things happen and sometimes orders get messed up. I understand and I appreciate Tiffany’s willingness to make things right and help make Kali’s 12th birthday special with this necklace I ordered! I cannot wait to post a video of my daughter’s reaction, she is going to be so happy! I will definitely be a returning customer and sharing this amazing company with all!

There was a mistake with my custom necklace but Andrea was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate how she handled everything. I would definitely buy from BaubleBar again!

I had received a piece of jewelry around Christmas time that unfortunately quickly tarnished. I reached out to customer service via email and received a response within 10 minutes. After explaining my situation, they were kind enough to replace the item for me. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be recommending to Others and purchasing more for myself and as gifts.

I have purchased a few items from Bauble Bar and get compliments every time I wear a piece. They have beautiful designs for children too and EXCELLENT customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company!! I ordered my daughter a custom bead set for Christmas and it got lost in shipping.. Their customer service was excellent and shipped a new set free of charge! It even made it in time for Christmas!!!!

Never shopping BaubleBar again. I ordered Christmas gifts on 12/6 that never shipped. I requested a refund on 1/2 & instead they shipped the order on 1/3. Now I am stuck with the order because it consists of letter necklaces that are considered customer & final sale. There is nothing custom about a necklace with a T on it. Terrible!

I've been purchasing customized ornaments from BaubleBar for the past 2 years to give as presents during Christmas time. Everyone I have gifted them to is filled with so much joy and happiness. They are beautiful and will withstand the lengths of time to be of heirloom quality. Not only do they make unique gifts, but they are tailored to the individual and that makes them all the more special to the person receiving them. I ordered an ornament for myself 2 years ago, and have kept the tradition in my family, giving them to everyone, consecutively, since then. Since this year will be my baby's 1st Christmas, of course I had to get her one. We both have long names (9 letters) so customized things such as ornaments are not always doable. Anyway, hers arrived and is perfect, as expected. I noticed a discrepancy with the size of her ornament and mine (hers was much bigger & had additional crystallized spacer beads, mine did not have any and was significantly shorter than hers, despite having the same amount of letters. I compared mine to my 2nd baby otw's name (hers is only 3 letters) and even hers was slightly still bigger than mine since she also had the crystallized spacer beads). I reached out to the BaubleBar customer service team and explained the situation to them. I didn't really expect much, but hoped they could do something about it. They got back to me right away and sent me a prepaid label to return it so they can give me a store credit. I'm very happy with this decision and will reorder my ornament and continue to keep ordering more gifts from BaubleBar. They go that extra mile to maintain their customers' satisfaction, but to also keep coming back.

I ordered a necklace 6 weeks before Christmas. I checked on delivery and they said it would be after Christmas. Beware…they are saying you can get your order before Christmas if you order right now. NOT TRUE. Also, a standard Cross charm is considered CUSTOM. Also, any letter of alphabet is CUSTOM!

I have absolutely loved every item I have purchased. Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. They’re fast and sincerely care the customer is truly satisfied. My favorite go to company for gifts and splurges for myself.

Helped correct mistake
I made a mistake on my order and associates were quick to help me come up with a solution. They ended up issuing me a return and allowed me to repurchase the product even though it was a customer order. They got back to be very quickly and I could not have asked for better service!

My bag charm had broken shortly after receiving it, the team at Baublebar were so quick to respond, kind and were able to send a replacement. I truly appreciate how much pride each customer care personnel takes in their work. Thank you for representing your brand well Nyla, your team is the best.

I LOVE BaubleBsr for their Disney themed earrings so when they came out with ears, I had to get them. Unfortunately my “ears” were damaged after barely wearing them. I reached out to customer service and when I tell you I have NEVER experienced more quick, comprehensive, and personalized service than I did with their customer service team. 100% recommend not just for their products, but for the attention to customer satisfaction!!

I HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE TIMES FROM BAUBLEBAR, I ABSOLUTELY ADORE ALL THEIR ITEMS. THE LAST ORDER I HAD AN ISSUE WITH AN ITEM AND I WROTE THEM VIA EMAIL AND THEY RESPONDED SO QUICK AND REPLACED MY ITEM SUPER FAST. I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH NOW IN DAYS YOU CAN'T FIND THAT. FIVE STARS!!

I used to buy from the brand a TON. Love their designs. Unfortunately, they always show wear and tear. And tarnish. The gold plating wears off quickly and stones fall out easily. I stopped wearing all my pieces, even the formally beautiful custom ones. Amazing initial product (and great customer service), terrible long term execution. I stopped buying because I felt it was throwing my money away when another brand could do similar, but last longer. If they could just have better quality products, especially for the price, they would be the greatest.
