BaubleBar is a reliable site to visit for off-the-moment, in-style jewlery that won't break the bank. Most pieces come in multiple colors, which makes them versatile and helpful for building up a flexible rotation of jewelry.

For the price, I think BaubleBar has some of the best jewelry! As long as you take off when going in water, I've found my piece to last a while and still look great.

I received 3 different bracelets as a gift, 2 of which were birthstone bracelets and unfortunately one immediately started tarnishing within the first day I wore it. I contacted Bauble Bar and Tiffany was super friendly, helpful, and efficient with getting me a replacement free of charge, and was able to do so without sending information to the person who gifted it to me. My other bracelets have held up well!

A piece of my jewelry broke before I could even wear it, and Morgan at Baublebar could not have handled it better! I emailed customer service and heard back from Morgan within an hour. She immediately reordered the broken item at no cost to me, and was extremely clear, kind, and efficient. It's inevitable that things like this will happen, and Morgan at Baublebar sets the standard for how a company should respond. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

Jamie in BaubleBar Customer Service was extremely helpful when my daughter's bracelet broke the first day she wore it. She emailed back so quickly, it felt like I live chat. She understood that I didn't know if my young daughter was careless or if it was the product and I was able to get a replacement bracelet. Thank you Jamie and BaubleBar!

I placed a large order and then realized I forgot (1) item. Kara, BaubleBar Customer Care Associate, told me what to do so I could order the item and avoid a shipping fee. Kara was quick to respond!

The necklace I ordered was unfortunately lost by USPS, and I wasn’t sure what steps I needed to take to resolve the issue. After a few days of trying to sort it out, I reached out to Baublebar for help. They responded within minutes and immediately took action to make things right. A replacement necklace is now being made, and I should receive it in about two weeks. Thank you so much!

Devin in customer service was amazing. Unlike most places they respond really quickly and help resolve any order issues (I had made a mistake placing my order) and they still were willing to help me out!!
