  • I had an issue with my custom order and once I subitted photos of my item, no questions asked, they immediately placed a replacement order for me. It was very easy. Additionally, I submitted my request at 9:22pm on a Thursday with an auto-reply email acknowledging my reqeust and letting me know their hours of 7am-9pm. I was not expecting a reply until the next day and to my surprise, I received a personal response within ONE minute (at 9:23pm) with an apology and letting me know my concern has been escalated an I would hear from someone soon. I had an email the next morning with the next steps to correct the issue and get the replacement ordered. I have loved everything I have ordered from BaubleBar and this experience just elevated my love for this company! I highly recommend! Great quality and a great customer experience!
