I've been a fan of Molly Baz, but was skeptical about her new line of mayo. However, through Thingtesting, I was able to try and I chose to get the variety pack. It does elevate any sandwich or salad, such as an egg salad, because of the extra ingredients that can add a layer of complexity. Is it life changing? Not really. Is it something you could create on your own at home? Yes, but it would be extra work or purchasing ingredients. Therefore, I would recommend purchasing Ayoh! if you're looking to elevate your home cooking as it skips that one extra step. The website and bottles have recommendations on how to use them and I could see each household having one to try out. My favorite so far has been the dill pickle as it's versatile and I always like dill in an egg or tuna salad.

So i got The Works. First off love the branding and the squeeze bottle is truly the ideal vessel for condiments. Thus far I've only had the Tangy Dijonayo one and i've really enjoyed it with chicken and potatoes.

I enjoy the variety of flavors but the texture is chunkier than what I was expecting and I feel like it’s split/separated (oil from the mayo)-not sure if that should happen, still split after trying to shake it. Other than that the flavors are a nice one stop shop if you want a more interesting mayo option

Added the giardinayo mayo to simple heirloom tomato and mayo sandwiches to create a memorable and impressive meal! Love the branding and general addition of excitement to the mayo options out there.

As a family of 6 we all have different taste which is why I chose this 4 pack (the works set). I knew it would be a good way to try variety pack with different flavors. Funny enough my boys loved their sandwiches with original mayo and dill pickle mayo. My husband loved the hot giardinayo and we can't wait to introduce it to my father in law who loves spicy food as well. As far as for me, I fell in love with Tangy Dijonayo. I seriously can't get enough of it and so delicious in sandwiches with chicken, buckwheat, or rice! I'm afraid I'll need another few boxes of just this particular one!! I've never been a fan of mayo but this takes me to a whole new level!! Great taste but not overpowering.

I tried Ayoh! and got The Works set. I wasn’t a fan of the regular mayo, I’m more of a Duke’s or Hellmann’s person, but I did really enjoy the Dill Pickle and the Miso Mayo flavors. The hot version was a little too intense for me, so I passed it along to a friend who loves spice. Overall, some hits and some misses depending on what you’re into.

If you like dill and pickles, the dill pickle mayo is for you. I’m not sure that it’s worth $10, but it was definitely tasty as a dip for fries and would probably be excellent on a BLT as well. The Dijonayo had a horrifyingly chunky, separated consistency that was not remedied by extensive shaking, but the flavor was good. It is a truly sharp, pungent Dijon. All in all, I’d say they’re great spreads but a bit overhyped.

Was very excited to try these! got the 4 flavors and very happy that i got the variety pack since the flavors are very strong. I really like all the flavors, the HOT is quite spicy. But overall wish the texture was a bit more spreadable as there are large pieces that make the sauce quite chunky. I've mixed in extra mayo when needed.
