Overall, I don’t think this suitcase is worth the high price tag. I have an Amazon Basics suitcase that is just as functional but much less money and I wouldn’t care if that just damaged. The Away suitcase design isn’t ideal. The mesh divider is hard to use.

Great customer service and product

All I can say is I really like my suitcase!!! Colour amazing! The amount you can get in them amazing!

Away has nice looking products, but their customer service is the worst! They randomly cancel orders and then won’t honor the discount they promoted at that time. The zipper on my bigger carry on broke within the first 9 months with minimal use.

The giving movement Despite stating that Delievery takes 1 to 2 days… it’s been a month and nothing is delivered. I’m not surprised that commenting on IG posts are limited to old photos. Trying to hide that they will take your money and not send any products. Been a month already since I did the purchase and I had followed up with several emails yet didn’t get a refund or the products. Time to report to the authorities however I’m writing this here for people to know that the giving moment took the money and never sent anything.

I love my Away luggage (the expandable carry-on). I know that it will fit in the overhead bin, and the quality and all the details are great (including the laundry bag). I just wish it was a little less stiff and good expand further, but it's great to know that it has a lifetime warranty

My wheeler from here didn't last very long at all and the wheels were very difficult to use.

Overall, it is a quality product but the price is juuuust high enough to give pause and ask "is it really worth it"? My answer is 50/50. The away suitcases are sleek, they are functional and you would have to spend time shopping around to find an equivalent that isn't super cheap quality - so it is probably worth it at the end of the day.

My husband and I purchased several pieces of luggage from the Away store in San Francisco, CA. The store associates were friendly and helpful. Our first purchase was The Medium in black and our second was the The Large Aluminum in silver.

Really love my pieces from Away. I have the bigger carry-on, and the everywhere bag. I love both but the everywhere bag is a must-have. I use it flights and car trips. I’ve had both for about 3 years and I travel a lot and both have held up really well and clean very easy. Only bummer is the battery which I pretty much removed and leave home since you have to take it out for each flight.

I had a great shopping experience with Away. Their travel options are well thought out, and well priced, in my opinion. The carry-on handles travel well, and can take a beating.

Durable and great products

Really like my carry on, but the compression part broke pretty early on, and the handle is now jammed. Customer support seems great and the lifetime warranty I think would cover both, but such an inconvenience to deal with it that I probably just never will honestly.

These bags are so durable and the four wheels are really helpful for walking around the airport. Recently, my insert on my large carry-on bag broke, and their customer service was extremely quick to send me a new bag because they were out of the insert kits! All I had to do was return the old bag in the same box the new one came in. They were very easy to work with and responsive to DMs!

Love my Away carry on, makes a packing for a weekend that much easier.

The suitcase is really good at getting a lot of stuff in your case in an organised way, the roll up laundry bag is smart and the interior lay out it good. It's nice having the charger but this does add weight. As other reviews mention it scuffs easily. However my main issue with the case is that the actual functionality of the wheels and steering the case is not good. More often than not I need to drag it on 2 wheels rather than push it on all 4. Just not the quality I expected for the price.

Got my first Away bag a little over a month ago and there is no turning back. Super high quality, lifetime warranty, and incredible design.
