As someone who constantly travels, my Away carry on has been my trusted travel companion. Despite being rolled around and thrown around, the quality has been consistent. I am always impressed and surprised at how many items it can fit. I recently added the away tote bag to my collection and it also has served me well.

Very sleek, smooth rolling, does the job for what it is. Battery pack was useless when i first got mine, not sure if the new generations ones still have this feature. Zippers are fantastic!

great product with a great look about it. well designed, and they’ve obviously thought of everything: zips to secure the top portion of the suitcase, a built in laundry bag, a battery, etc. comes in beautiful muted colors. i bought the smaller carry on and it’s the perfect size for short domestic trips.

I love how much I can pack in my suitcase and the lock on top is great for traveling. They come in fun colors and have a mesh zipper on the inside that can keep clothes folded. The handle is comfortable to hold and they have 4 wheels so walking with the luggage is really easy!

Worth every penny. Had a dupe from Amazon and broke after 10 trips. Away makes travel less stressful and feels elevated. Love the built in laundry bag too!

I am a frequent traveller and was looking over a long time for the perfect luggage - its AWAY. Dont go for any Rimowa aluminium - its just too heavy for handluggage. And AWAY´s polycarbonate is the best on the market. Looks the same like some others (I had Horizn Studios before), but the quality is different. Wheels are smooth. Details well designed and of outstanding quality. When I had an issue with my suitcase (which I think is 100% due to wrong handling by the carrier) I asked AWAY customer service for a confirmation. Instead, they just offered me to choose a new suitcase and send it to me free of charge, no further questions asked - although they normally do not deliver to Europe any more. I never had such a service experience - they just did more than I asked for. For me its just the best suitcase brand that exists, and I will continue buying them as soon as they are back on the European market. Go for it, its the most beautiful, practical and reliable travel companion you will find!

I have every bag size from them, and the quality is awful. I wish I had never bought, and with their new policy around fixing the suitcases is a joke (they literally ask you to now send it back in a box you have to find in order to exchange it for a non-broken suitcase). Use to love this business, can't say I do anymore. Worth it to pay up for good luggage that will actually last.

Love the suitcase. I was able to pack for 10 days in Greece with the larger carry-on AND bring back plenty of souvenirs. Get the one with the battery pack, it has saved my phone on more than one occasion. I also bring it with me when I need a power bank.

A friend of mine has purchased the luggage bags as she is a traveller and she didn’t know which brand to buy, but when she saw the luggage’s in this site she bought them and she can not stop talking about the huge capacity it has and looks amazing outside.And I am goin to buy one as I will be travelling soon.

I used the backpack for a weekend trip where I used a budget airline. It was an incredible size. Not too small that it could not fit my weekend items - but not too big that I needed to check the bag. It fit so many more things than a regular backpack. I would say it basically functioned as a carry-on suitcase but on my back! I was so happy I could put the backpack underneath the airplane seat in front of me!

Out of every suitcase I have ever used, Away has been the best by far. I have the Carry On and I absolutely adore it. There is so much space, especially for an over-packer like myself. The best part by far is definitely the quality of the suitcase. Having the product for over a year, it has been through many travels and looks brand new despite experiencing many different trips, cities, planes, and weather conditions. I will definitely be purchasing another product from Away soon.

Large and small bags holding up well after being checked multiple times. Appreciate the built in compression and laundry bag.

These Away suitcases are horrible quality, and this company is scamming its customers, I agree with the people that are saying that they are going broke and need to scam customers to survive. I personally was denied a return, or even an exchange when they promise they would offer 100 days for free return and lifetime warranty. The real customers reviews are all bad without exception, the ones on their website are all made up. My suitcase was extremely small and scratches very easily, and the customer service only through email and not helpful at all. I don't recommend Away!!

I have three of these bags -- an early non-expandable one, an expandable one, and a checked bag version. They have replaced all the luggage in our family. They are all super durable and can be stretched to the brink without the zipper breaking. I've had the earliest one for 8 years and travel regularly.

I love my Away suitcase but have some issues similar to others around scuffing and size. It feels like their carry-on could be more space efficient (the hard exterior is harder to fit as much stuff as a soft suitcase), but mine has held up for several years now.

I have the bigger carry on, the backpack, and the duffel bag. The bigger carry on is the perfect size for a 3-4 night trip. I’ve had it for more than 2 years, I have status on two airlines (from work travel!) and it looks brand new. The backpack is so compact looking but seems to fit limitless items including a 15 in laptop, plus several books, a sweatshirt, and all the little stuff you want with you on a flight. The duffel is good quality nylon material, has a shoe compartment big enough for chucks and slides, a laptop sleeve, and plenty of room for a weekend’s worth of clothes.

Loved it from the second I bought it! Even went back to buy a mini matching toiletry bag.

I love my Away carry-on. It's the aluminum one, so it shows wear and tear, but I don't mind it and consider the dings and scratches well-traveled battle wounds. The size is fantastic, and despite being a classic over-packer, I've been able to use just the carryon for 5 days trips. You can fit a ton in there! While the charging capacity was a selling point, I rarely (if ever) use it. I wish I got the model without it.

Beautiful fabrics and great stying, however, sizing was irregular and my shirts shrank even though they were cold washed and dripped dried.
