All around a great suitcase. I have tried many sizes of the suitcases and all are great. Good-looking design, functional, durable, and easy to use. The simple design and variety of colors are great and the compartments inside the suitcase make it easy to fit a lot into the suitcase.

I have 3 suitcases that have traveled with me to many destinations with varying elements. They do scratch sometimes, but I have never had anything break. As checked luggage or a carry-on, they’re sturdy and reliable. I never use the code lock, but it’s a nice touch.

I love this brand! I bought their luggage for a trip and it was perfect! It is very big and everything I wanted to put in it fit. I am very happy to have bought it.

I love my away luggage! I was skeptical because of the price but the luggage itself is light, and the wheels are super smooth. I have had other brands where the luggage couldn’t be wheeled around without issue if it was full.

I’ve had my away bag for over 3 years - has held up great and looks great. Can fit a surprising amount of clothes too.

I paid $800 for the large aluminum bag. IT IS HORRIBLE. Because of the material used for this bag, it is more prone to scuffs and big dents - so much so that the airline marked mine as "damaged upon receipt." The Customer Support team said "those are souvenirs of your travel." BS. They won't do anything for me. I have 5 pieces of Away luggage and won't buy anymore after this experience.

Bought for my husband as a gift and I so wish I bought it for myself! We now share his set on long trips. Super durable- been all over the world without a mark on it. Easily packed and fits much more than meets the eye.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE, UNABLE TO COMPLETE RETURN REQUESTS AND IN CREDIT CARD DISPUTES WITH THEM AT THE MONENT. STAY AWAY!!!

I love everything about this brand and about my suitcase. I've had it for 5 years and it's good as the day I bought it. I had one problem with my charger that came with the product and they quickly replaced it. If I ever wanted to expand my suitcase fleet, I would return to Away.

While the bags are durable, airlines absolutely hate these bags. They are impossible to grab the handles, especially with gloves, so the airline employees end up grabbing the sides of the bag and throwing them around. The outside plastic scratches very easily .

I love my Always bag! It looks sleek and minimal, functions well, & rolls smoothly! I never have to fight with the handle to go down and the charger holder is always a plus.

I use my away exclusively as a carry-on, anytime I've had to check it in it comes back with scratches all over! I've also found that over time the wheels have run thin, faster than I've experienced with lower price point suitcases like Samsonite or American Tourister. Would recommend if price point was a bit better, but otherwise think suitcase shoppers are better off going with a cheaper alternative.

I’ve had the Away bigger carryon for about 5 years now. After having “luggage-envy” I bought the luggage and have no regrets. The handle came loose after a few years of wear and tear and Away replaced it right away. My limited edition color was not available but I was able upgrade to the expandable bigger carryon which is even better for return trips home.

I ordered the luggage set with the bigger carry-on and the medium, and have been using them for almost 4 years now. I love the compartments, lock, extra battery and misc items included, and how easy it rolls. It's pretty light-weight, but still durable. Even when I'm not using the luggage itself, the battery pack lasts a while and has been useful for charging on the go.

I have the large everywhere bag and I honestly can't imagine traveling without it! It's extremely high quality and at a great price point.

Such good quality. It's nice they will fix it since a lot of the time the safety of your luggage is in other people hands

I love Away and the size of my suitcase is great! However, after a couple years of traveling with it, my suitcase shows real signs of wear and tear and monogrammed paint is peeling off.
