I’ve had the Away bigger carryon for about 5 years now. After having “luggage-envy” I bought the luggage and have no regrets. The handle came loose after a few years of wear and tear and Away replaced it right away. My limited edition color was not available but I was able upgrade to the expandable bigger carryon which is even better for return trips home.

Great customer service once you got a hold of them.. Replaced luggage without the hassle. I emailed a few photos and received my new luggage. Service was slow during the pandemic though. I had to follow up a few times before getting a response.
