Great quality products that have clearly had a lot of thought put into design. Worth the high cost for their standard bags, though maybe not for their other products.

luggage looks very sleek and stylish but does not feel very durable

I bought my Bigger Carry-On luggage a few years ago back in London, and since then I've never traveled using another bag. It's so pretty, practical, lightweight and so spacious inside. Quality is great too, mine only has a few scratches here and there. Truly recommended!

I love my carry on. It's pricey, yes, and I wonder if this high $ is tied to all their marketing campaigns.

I have their large suitcase. Pros: Has a sturdy plastic shell, couple of useful zip up compartments, & a laundry bag inside. Cons: The feet on the outside broke off the 2nd time I ever used it and left sharp screws sticking out which I very almost lacerated myself on at baggage claim. Away did send me some replacement feet under warranty so I could repair it, but those have now also broken off too :(

Away suitcases are amazing! They are cheap, simple, stylish, and very high quality. I jumped on it pretty early on and recommended it to a countless number of friends. I know SO MANY people who have an Away suitcase.

High quality, durable, and when they're not, they quickly replace. I've had multiple bags for a LONG time and easily had them replaced when dented.

I feel generally good about my away bag. I wouldn’t say that it’s life-changing though. I like that my carry-on size came with the option To it to charge your devices, sometimes I just take the charger out and use it as an external charger and put it in other bags. I will say though because it’s a hard case I don’t really feel like I can fit that much in there in the carry-on size for example, I have a wheeled duffel from Patagonia that is carry-on size that I can fit so much in. I took it around Italy for two weeks plus a backpack.

Love the style of suitcases and adore my carry on, but I find the full size hard case suitcase very heavy. As someone who frequently travels overseas it’s a little annoying to have such a percentage of my weight allowance be taken up by my suitcase itself. Currently in search of something more lightweight

I really like my away carry on! I originally ordered it because I needed a new carry on and was leaving in a week. I ended up ordering from an away store near me and it delivered the same day! So far I’ve loved using the carry on throughout my travels. The combination of it plus my backpack was perfect for a month of travel throughout various parts of the world. I really like how they have a lifetime warranty which is why I purchased. I also like how sleek and nice the suitcase is.

I can't say enough good things about my Away luggage. I have had the carry on and the large for five years now, and they have stood the test of time with flying colors. They look sleek, they clean up well, and the quality is unmatched. Customer service is excellent- I was sent a brand new carry on for free when my zipper was stuck. A tad pricey but I believe it's worthwhile for the quality and customer service.
