I have had my large checked bag and bigger carry on for years and loved them. My checked bag has seen better days and recently got a crack so I went through the replacement process. Since they have a warranty I thought everything went well until I received my replacement and it was the wrong color. They no longer have my original color in stock, which is fine, but I hate the color that they chose to give me instead. At no point was I told that 1.) my old color was in stock 2.) would I like to choose a new color or 3.) that this is the color I would be receiving. I tried to see if I could return the new Un-used bag for literally any other color and was told no even though I live very close to multiple retail store locations. This 100% put a bad taste in my mouth and I will be thinking twice before purchasing again. This was an easy issue to overcome at multiple points in the process and yet they specifically chose to not fix. Not thrilled.

Luggage moves smoothly and is easy to maneuver which is the most important factor for me. The additional compression features and pockets are definitely a plus. I will say the luggage gets dirty and scratched quite easily; however, the structure holds up well. Downside is the price, it's quite expensive.

I have the away bigger carry on flex and I’ve used it for the past 3 years! It is a great size and I can store a lot of things in it. The wheels are very smooth and It’s held up very well.

I have 2 - the small and large carry-on’s. One in aluminum and the other the standard. Both are excellent bags. Strong, durable, well designed. No problems for 3 years using either.

I love what I ordered from them. It is very comfortable to carry, not too heavy. I recommend them to anyone that is interested in ordering from them.

I have the tan color and it does get dirty pretty quickly. Overall it is easy to roll if you want to either roll it behind you or next to you. My handle sometimes doesn’t work the best if I’m trying to set it to a specific height so it takes two or three tries to get it right. It is expensive too.

I’ve been using my Away suitcase set for a while now, and honestly, it’s made traveling so much easier. The design is super sleek, but it’s also super practical. The compression system keeps everything organized, and I love the hidden laundry bag. The wheels roll like a dream—even on bumpy sidewalks—and it’s held up perfectly through some pretty hectic trips. It’s one of those things that just makes travel feel less stressful and more put-together. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something functional but still stylish!

I have the regular carry-on bag and i have to say, it is perfect for any trip (especially with packing cubes). On top of that, they’re super durable. There are no marks or scratches after 100+ flights.

Love my bag. I have the smallest carryon. Fits even on the commuter / regional flight when everyone else has to bag check. the built in charger / battery is a waste. every airline wants to you check it - so I just leave it at home.

Bought a suitcase and almost instantly the handle started getting difficult to extend when walking with it. Have to shake/shimmy the handle. Not worth the money, especially if it's not on sale.

Love my away cabin bag. Have had it for many years and whilst I wish it was a bit sturdier it has never steered me wrong. Would definitely buy again but maybe in a different colour

Very very good quality bags for traveling! I’ve just started using it for my last trip and it’s worked really well for me and sturdy.

I bought my two AWAY bags in 2019 before I moved across the world. I was ready to invest in a set of luggage that would last me a lifetime. I love to travel and I love products that make travelling easier, so when I came upon Away, I leaped at the chance to have cool, sleek luggage with high functionality. The wheels were perfect and the storage capacity is incredible. The portable charger on my carry-on has been a lifesaver. Fast forward to now - I've had my AWAY bags for almost five years. One part of one of my bags started to be faulty, so I contacted the company and they replaced the entire bag. The process was SO smooth and the customer service was all that I could've asked for. Everything else is in great shape. I've never once regretted this purchase.

Recently purchased my first Away luggage and the hype is well worth the money! I’m a huge fan and would recommend to anyone.

I love my Away carry on suitcase! I can pack so much in it, more than I can other carry ons. I have had it for 3 years now and it is still in great condition. It is a great bag. If you are looking for a carry on I would recommend this one.

My favorite suitcase hands down. I got this for a trip overseas and it held up perfectly after several plane changes. I love the added features like the zipper lock. Love the pretty blue color also. If only it was less expensive, I would purchase more!

I have the bigger carry on and the medium, as well as the hanging clothes insert. They are my go to suitcases whenever I travel and have held up extremely well for YEARS.

I have had my away bigger carry-on for over 5 years and it still works wonderfully. I have taken it to at least 10 countries and countless trips and it has held up very well. The wheel's definitely don't work as good as they used to but they still get the job done and I am able to pack two weeks worth of clothing in the carry-on with no issues at all. I highly recommend, especially for the price point. I do want to add that mine has scuffed but that would happen to any luggage being checked-in so I can't say it's the brands fault at all.

I purchased an away suitcase a few years ago and have absolutely loved it. I have the hard shell carry on with battery and it has held up extremely well. It is durable, holds everything I have needed for up to a 2 week trip and easy to clean. My only issues have come up on year 3 of owning it when the battery compartment stopped functioning properly and one of the zipper pulls broke.

I have had 3 of their suitcases over 3 years they have had a lot of use and are still amazing.
