Obsessed with my away luggage. I love the quality and how well the suitcases hold up after time. Also love how the packing cubes are made to fit the shape of the suitcases, such a simple idea.

I purchased The Large Suitcase in Orchid and so far I am really love it. It has been a great purchase so far. My only compliant is that due to being a lighter color, if does scuff very easily and is a little on the harder side to keep clean. I did buy a cover to help but is not the most attractive option. Review update: I purchase The Bigger Carry-On and the measurements are their website are completely off and false advertising. Their website states the it is 15.4" wide but as you can see from the photo, it is only 14" wide. In my opinion, that is a pretty big difference and think proper measurements should be provided to customers. I also tried to leave a review on their website and that option isn't available. I will be returning this item and will purchase from a brand that provided proper and correct measurements of their products.

I’ve had my Away Bigger Carry On for about five years now. I had my handle break last year and Away quickly replaced it. While it’s an expensive investment up front, you can’t beat the lifetime warranty! Main cons are the cost and how scratched up they get after traveling. A magic eraser gets out some scuffs but not all!

I had always wanted an aluminum suitcase ever since I saw Rimowa. But once I found out that AWAY had an aluminum collection I was all geared up for purchase! I bought my mom her first carry on AWAY in black and she liked it so much that she bought a full size. She then bought me the aluminum carry on in gray for Christmas in 2020 and I love it! I’ve been on quite a few trip over the past 2 years and it’s held up wonderfully! My only complaint is that the portable charger that comes with it sometimes gets stuck which can be a bit irritating when you need to charge it. It has revived a few dents and scratches, but I honestly like the way it looks when that happens. It speaks for where it’s been. Other than that, it’s definitely worth the price and is a great durable suitcase that has had my back on multiple occasions. I’m extremely pleased and can’t wait to purchase a full size aluminum☺️

I’ve had my away for several years and I use it everywhere. I have nothing negative but the handle has become a little sticky after a little while. I know I can probably exchange this due to their lifetime policy but it’s not that bad. I also hear other suitcases might fit more than the Away but I think I don’t need a slightly larger Away.

We traveled every month last year (2022) and also had a destination wedding in Kauai. We have a variety of luggage (as pictured) but we adore Away's "The Carry-On: Aluminum Edition." Wherever we go, someone usually compliments our Away suitcase - it definitely makes a statement! We love its aluminum outer shell and how compact it is. We've had it for over 4 years and it hasn't failed us yet.

I was gifted an Away Bag for Christmas and I LOVE it. The accessories are fantastic and genuinely make flying easier. The battery is a must (but take it out through TSA and put it in your personal item bag). They send extra accessories and a magic sponge to get out scuff marks. It’s sleek, cool, and function. 10/10 would recommend.

These product is so aesthetically pleasing that even if it was awful, I would still give it a high rating. You look cool carrying one, period. It took a while to get used to the split case style (half things on one side, half on the other), but I am into it now. I have 3 sizes and am loyal to the brand now thanks to their amazing customer service. They will fix/replace anything!

Just took my carry on and everything bag on their first trip! The carry on (I got the smaller size) can fit a ton if you pack smart! The compression really allows you to squeeze a lot in, and the laundry bag was a very helpful addition! The wheels and handles are very sturdy. It rolls pretty much anywhere without any problems, including NYC sidewalks! The everything bag is the perfect accessory for your travels! The leather is supple, but still holds its shape. There are a million different pockets, and it has a shoulder strap for when it’s not slipped over your suitcase handle. Definitely recommend both!

I've had an Away carry on for 3 years now and it's accompanied me on at least 30 trips. It's held up beautifully even when I frequently overstuff it.

Sturdy, reliable luggage. The quality is amazing and I love having a nice little set of luggage that I won't have to worry about replacing for years. Pricey, but worth it.

It looks good, it’s really functional and well thought out and I’ve even bought my daughter a matching mini bag! You can fit quite a lot in and I love the integrated battery pack. I look forward to travel again so I can use it!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING BY AWAY TRAVEL!!!!! Yes I use all caps when excited and passionate🤣🤗. I have many Away travel items, from the "bigger carry-ons" to "the Large" hard side luggage, to their gorgeous leather duffles and packing cubes, they have a fantastic small items case that's no longer sold but you can buy from second hand sites that are great for cables and fragile travel items. We travel the world (my hubby is a pilot) and these products have withstood ALOT! The only issue with them is now everyone has them, and since away only makes certain colors, wrong-bag mix ups cam happen🤦🏼‍♀️. I've heard of it happening many times sadly. However, what I have done to prevent this from happening to me is get in Amazon and buying plastic protectors for all my suitcases, gel colorful handle grips and fun bag tags💁🏼‍♀️. Not only to the bag covers protect your luggage but they prevent rain from getting through at the zipppers. If you want a link for any suitcase accessories please reach out in IG🤗💖. I got my first Away carryon in 2016- received it as gift from my daughter as I was taking up a job which required me to do weekly travel coast to coast. At that time the built in Anker power bank was a cool gadget which I used till I dropped my anker and broke it (not an Away issue) Now I have another carryon and a large suitcase in limited edition colors and absolutely love them

I purchased the F.A.R. Backpack 26L on November 6, 2022. In the fall of 2023, the zipper on the laptop sleeve began to fray and split from the backpack. As well as the netting on the water bottle holders began to have holes in it and the seams in the front pocket are coming undone. I brought it into a store on November 10, 2023, for a replacement, and informed me that I was over my warranty period by 4 days and there was nothing they could do. I let them know issues had occurred prior to November 6, 2023, but I was unable to come to the store before then. They again said there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed in the backpack not lasting a full year and the customer service offered at Away.

Got this as a gift! It’s amazing how much I can fit in this bag! It’s the exact perfect size for the overhead bins in the plane. The four wheels make it so easy to push it through the airport instead if lugging it behind you. The little bag that goes on top too is also convenient!

I have had The Medium and The Carry-On, both in white, for 4 years, and I still love them both. They’ve endured a lot of travel and are still in great condition. I can fit so much inside, thanks to the compression system, and they’ve never exceeded the weight limit. My white luggage does get dirty, but the hard surface is easy to clean with a magic eraser.
