Amazing customer support! After using my bag weekly for several years part of the inside component broke. I reached out to the company and they sent me a completely new bag. Would highly recommend!

I want to love Away luggage’s so badly, but I can’t justify the prices! The wheels are great which is my biggest complaint about luggage’s. But these luggage’s are on the pricier side, are a bit heavy and scruff so easily.

super durable and love all the colors - even better that they nest inside each other to save space!

Our family's go to luggage - even comparing all the newest sets, this is still the winner.

A functional suitcase with enough compartments and features to feel like a new product every time I use it. Durable and smooth wheels. Battery pack not good for TSA, though.

Love how cute this suitcase is and that it comes with a charger. Only downsides I’ve had is it gets scraped up if you check it but I think it will come off if you scrub it and that I see a lot of people with my same suitcase so got to make sure your grabbing the right one.

I was gifted the Titanium Bigger Carry On by a friend. The suitcase itself works super well and seems durable. It scratches easily and it’s kinda heavy. I had an issue with the lock and the away customer service was super fast and replaced the item right away. That being said I’m not sure I would ever buy this myself at the price point.

I have the carry on luggage from away and it is perfect! So stylish. My handle has gotten a bit looser but otherwise it works great.

Lightweight, easy to maneuver, wheels glide well, holds shape and is fairly tough. Easy to travel with.

Travel changing experience with a bag that rolls seamlessly with one hand even with my jam packed weighed-down backpack sitting on top balancing on the extended handle. I thought my previous brand used by the protravelers was a great brand...now having filled an Away and traveled via car, air and Uber this is my now my one and only go-to for every getaway and extended vacation need!

This suitcase is so durable light and easy to use it makes traveling a breeze. it feels compact but fits so much. i was hesitant to switch to hardcover suitcases but after converting i see why people love these. they are strong and durable but functional and practical.

I have an Away expandable carry on and truly love it. It's inaugural trip was two weeks in Italy and I fit everything I wanted to bring + had room for souvenirs!
