Amazing luggage at an affordable price! The return policy is outstanding and they will replace anything that is damaged. I have the bigger carry on and the large. I can’t wait to get the backpack next.

I have a carry on and luggage set that I absolutely love! They have survived multiple overseas and domestic trips. The carry on is my favorite, it was purchased before they made ejectable battery packs but once those became standard they were able to send a kit out to me so I could switch out the battery.

Away bags are thoughtfully designed to make traveling easier. Every detail is really smart and adds value. Their lifetime guarantee is great if something ever happens to the bag & in my opinion justifies the price point. I have the smaller roller but going to get the large bag soon.

I was given one many years ago and have been so impressed with how well it performs, rolls, packs etc. it really slays.

The suitcase has a nice look and feel, the wheels work really great but that's the only two spectacular things I liked about the suitcase. The zipper is already hard to use on my regular size carry-on after only 5 uses, the two sides of the suitcase don't seem to match up anymore, which is frustrating as this was intended to be a long-term suitcase. I imagine this will last perhaps another year or two before I have to replace it. Good to know, I am a carry-on-the-plane person, the suitcase has been checked once through airport security and this is my experience.

Love my large carry-on with a laptop pouch in front for all sorts of trips. I can fit two pairs of shoes, plenty of clothes and accessories, and feel comfortable toting it around the airport. Four years after purchasing, my bag is still in great shape!

I bought two Away bags in 2016, one for myself and one for my now-husband. They have held up beautifully since then, even with heavy use — I appreciate that there is some flexibility to the shell. (The original polycarbonate, not the aluminum.) I also loved the option to monogram them, and good thing I did because they have become so popular that it could be difficult to spot on a baggage carousel. When airline policy changed around built-in batteries —which had to be a major pain for them from an operational POV — the experience to convert the battery pack to be removable was actually pretty and painless. Away mailed out a conversion kit and instructions and it took 15 minutes. Big fan overall.

Been using my 2 Away suitcases for over 3 years. They are amazing! Can fit so much stuff and have had no problems with wheels or zippers.

Fun for hard luggage. Comes with a battery pack, cable, and dust bag. CCxxxx Its very easy to pack a lot in an away bag.

I had a suitcase lose a roller and they replaced it when i brought it to the store. Was super easy! I was impressed. I travel alot and have now remained loyal.

Was given this suitcase as a gift. I like it, but I wouldn't buy one. The battery is nice, but is it revolutionary? Not really. Is it better quality than what I could find at Marshalls? TBD. So far its a smooth ride, but I need to take it to a cobblestoned destination and really put it to the test.

I love my Away suitcases. I have two of them in different sizes. I always over pack and am trying to squeeze my bag close and am always amazed how much I can fit in my Away suitcases. They also have great customer service. One of my bags broke while traveling and they mailed me a new suitcase immediately.

I have the carry-on and the overnight bag. Really great for all my travel needs, including international flights! The pricing is a bit steep, but they have held up very well over time aside from some minor tears/scratches.

It's fine. Gets the job done. No major complaints besides the fact that basically everyone else on your flight has one as well.
