The bags are pretty good. I don’t think they are like anything crazy, I have had mine for probably 5/6 years now and they have held up pretty well. Lots of scratches on the outside. I have other suitcases that I reach for more often.

personally purchased; used for 8+ years What more is there left to say about AWAY bags that hasn't already been understood by the masses. They were the earliest to guerrila-advertise to the point that they provided a ~stylish~ non-centurian brand option to an area of purchases that seemed conditioned to 3 brands from the 50s. I feel that they are built just well-enough to endure the quality that they boast for the years of usafe expected. Usually their replacement parts/bags with the lifetime guarantee are fantastic too. I wish they had a better array of colors or color-availability - but that really dials down to collabs and what colors are imprintable onto the materials they use for their shells, so... I get it.

I hate that everyone has the same luggage now but Away is truly the best because it's super light.. I can barely lift anything but I have no problems when I'm using this carry on!

I’ve traveled all over the world in my Away carry on. Even for 3 weeks abroad! It’s super light and is the perfect amount of room if you pack light! Love the built in charger too.

I love this brand because it gives me a luxurious feeling of traveling. I love the color options they have. The zippers are very reliable and easy to check at the airport. I always know which bag is mine at the baggage claim!

I have the silver alumium luggage which seems like a more affordable option of a Rimowa. The aesthetic and features are great. I like the layout of the bag and the laundry bag attached. However, the quality is lacking. The first time I used this bag, the wheel cover popped off and the clip that holds one of the internal pockets closed snapped off.

This is the best suitcase I have ever had! I was struggling to find a carry-on that fit within Air Canada’s strict size guidelines, but still could fit all of my clothing and shoes for both short and long trips. This suitcase accomplished just that. I brought it along with me on a 3 week trip to Italy. It held up great amongst heavy rain, thunderstorms, the cobblestone streets, train rides, and plane rides. I also love the color schemes that this product offers. It looks cute, and also functions great!

I've had my away luggage set since 2019 and it is in great condition. I'm never buying another luggage brand!

Decidedly worth the hype. Your luggage SHOULD be an investment.

I have only used my away bag for one trip, but it has been amazing. I did get the white color and it does scuff very easily, but it is very durable and holds so much.

Bought this suitcase over 5 years ago, taken it on international trips many times! Love how much you can squeeze in on the carryon size. After a while the handle stops gliding up and down as easily as before and they sent me a complete new suitcase after contacting their customer service. Wish they wouldn’t have gotten rid of the included charger in the bags!
