Love my Away suitcase! I have the carry on and it's been amazingly durable over the past 3.5 years since purchasing it (I've put a LOT of miles on it and sometimes check it). I did have an issue with my battery at one point but it's not something I used or remembered to charge often. Still worthy of 5 stars.

I'm an avid traveler and have always loved my Away luggage. In the beginning, it was completely perfect! After a few trips, I noticed very visible wear and tear. Beyond that, the wheel caps on two of my suitcases popped off. Overall, I still like the product, but given the price I wish it stood the test of time.

I purchased my first piece of Away luggage, the bigger carry on, in 2016 and shortly after purchased the large suitcase. Would highly recommend! -the hard shell is sturdy but does not add too much weight -can fit more clothes/items then a traditional suitcase -extremely durable, have traveled the globe 6 times a year or more and both pieces have held up over time -great customer service

I think Away is worth the hype! The suitcases are really durable, and the inside mesh dividers are super functional, as is the zipper lock. I think that they are definitely the best-looking luggage out there today.

I have had the aluminum bigger carry on for 4 years now and I know its going to last many more. It's incredibly durable and rolls exceptionally well.

I've bought 4 suitcases from Away over the years and they're all still in good shape. Functional, nice to look at, decent price. I'll keep buying them.

I have the large, medium and carry-on bags as well as the large toiletry case. Everything is super high quality and sleek. Absolutely love everything I've purchased. Additionally, I needed a new laundry bag when mine started falling apart and away was super nice and quick about getting me a replacement.

I love my away carry on suitcase. It looks great and it feels amazing. Their delivery was efficient and easy to Australia. Only frustration is that they no longer ship to Australia, and no where really acknowledges that they used to but don't anymore.

I own a standard Carry-On, and it has been a good suitcase for my limited travels. Since I can't check the charger, I usually just always carry it in my purse, even when I'm not traveling. A while ago I lost the charger and when I happened to be in NY, I stopped by the store to purchase a replacement, and they gave me one free of charge. Great customer service!

Somehow Away made luggage cool. They've inspired a lot of copycat brands mostly because it's really expensive for what you get. It's rugged, customizable and mine hasn't broken in the last three years. It scuffs easily but otherwise, I have no complaints except the price.

I have two Away suitcases and the backpack. They're very convenient, look sleek, and are high quality. The suitcases are fantastic for overpackers, as their compression system is very helpful and the mesh zipper has yet to rip no matter how much I stuff in there.

I loved my luggage when I first got it. However, it did crack when I checked it. That being said, Away immediately replaced my luggage and was loyal to their integrity and brand with great customer service.

I have owned an Away Bigger Carry On Since 2018 and have taken it on many short and long haul flights. I love the built in lock, the 360 wheels and how much I can fit in it. It looks pretty much identical today to the first day I got it. The zippers work perfectly. If it gets any marks it can be rubbed off easily. The rechargeable battery is great and can charge my phone more than 2x. It's one of the best gifts I've ever received. I love that the bag has a lifetime warranty.

The design is sleek, fashionable, and durable. The interior of the carry-on is spacious and can hold quite a few items. Their customer service was really great when there was a mix-up with my shipping address. They fixed the problem quickly, and I was so grateful.

I recently took the plunge and bought the big Away suitcase for a trip to Europe. It was the perfect travel companion for my two week trip, fit everything I need (including everything I bought when there) and I love that it includes a clip-in laundry bag for easy use while traveling.

Forever yes. Their warranty is chef's kiss. The colors so much fun and the limited editions are a must.

I have the carry on in the color coast for going on three years now. I travel weekly and have used my bag as a carry on and have also checked my bag many times. It still is the same quality as when I first bought it. A magic eraser cleans the bag up nice. I don't know if I would ever try another suitcase brand as I love Away.

Definitely best suitcase on the market. Quality is amazing and has a lifetime warranty. Customer service is easy to talk to. Started with the carry on and now have the whole fleet.

I am a long-time customer of Away, I have one of the earliest versions of the carry-on bag, and it is still in perfect condition. I have been traveling with their bags for years. My entire family exclusively uses their luggage, toiletry bags, and many accessories. There is a reason you walk through the airport and see a million of these. Durable, lightweight, the perfect size for carry-on compartments, flexible, and easy to maneuver.
