I already own the larger Away suitcase and love it, so I decided to add the Carry-On Flex to my lineup — and ended up getting 2! (one for my husband) because it’s that good. The size is perfect: small enough for every overhead bin but shockingly roomy, especially with the Flex expansion. The wheels glide smoothly, the build is solid, and the interior layout makes packing super easy. Excited to see if I can fit all my winter packing into a carry on for the holidays! If you’re thinking about upgrading your carry-on, this one really lives up to the hype.

was hesitant to buy Away. I wasn't convinced they would be worth the price. I've now used them for 1 roundtrip flight, and a few road trips. I am a convert. I have a carry-on and medium check bag. Both are the perfect size. The carry on fits in the overhead bins of the smallest American Airlines planes that still fit roller bags, which I flew on. The wheels are smooth as all get-out, and they glide even when full and with a heavy backpack on top. I'm hoping I'll never have to use the warranty, but that isn't realistic for a suitcase. I'm confident the bags will hold up, but will also be covered if need be.
