    I had a custom necklace made here and I liked the experience and the level of customization. I went for the custom letter necklace with a 15" chain in the yellow gold. It took about two times longer to ship than the site suggested, which wasn't a big deal but is worth noting if you're getting this as a gift! Customer care was really nice and helpful.

    The necklace is SUPER delicate-- beyond. It was definitely on the expensive side and was an investment. I'm not super happy with the cost to output ratio! For the price I think I'd have loved a product that felt less likely to snag or break with every day use and perhaps more importantly.... an unboxing and customer experience that felt more like buying fine jewelry!

    Ordered several custom initial pieces and received a charm necklace as a gift. The jewelry is all good quality basics with customization for words and gemstones. Pretty much everything comes in white, yellow, or rose gold and the website it easy to use. All the pieces I have from Automic are sturdy and have taken years of regular wear without breaking or going out of style. I would go here for simple stacking bands, chains and initial necklace charms. Price point is medium to lower-end for solid gold. You won't get really interesting designer pieces, but you can get some good classic here without breaking the bank. I think they are also queer owned and supportive for those looking to buy within the LGBTQIA+ community.

    Do not buy from them. The product has lifetime warranty, but they refused to exchange it. I lost my earring because the clasp was broken and it fell, they refused to exchange it because they wanted to try to fix it first and then if it did not get fixed they offer around $50 of my next purchase. Not my fault the clasp is flimsy and broke…
