  • Initially, I thought it was a pretty good product, but it really stopped working. It did nothing with bloating or constipation. It’s endorsed wholly by a podcast I follow and also buy a radio station that I follow. But I’m sure they get a break on advertising for that so I don’t know how legitimate they are. I gave them a three because I do believe it has a lot of good and effective items and nutrients, but it should not be used for gut health.

  • I have been eager to try AG1 for years and finally decided to purchase. It arrived in a very well designed package and I really like the canister and bottle that it came with. I got the original flavor, it's not bad but it is also not great. A squeeze of lemon helps but it's still not something I honestly enjoy drinking that much and for the price I would expect it to taste better. I haven't seen any benefits so far but I'm giving it a chance.

  • As someone who is super into health and wellness I love AG1 I think it provides the essential vitamins and nutrients that a lot of people may lack in their diet. The taste is probably the best I’ve had compared to other brands for sure but the texture I still have trouble with likewise to most greens as it has a grain like residue at the bottom.

  • I'm testing Athletic Greens' AG1 and so... the taste is not bad, but it's not tasty either. It's practical, especially for those who forget to take a thousand supplements. It gives me a light energy, but I still haven't felt a super difference. I think it's cool for those who want practicality, but the price is very high - I'm still deciding if it's worth continuing. But it comes in a perfect box, quality production
