After reading mixed reviews about the product taste i am really happy with the flavor. I drink alot of electrolytes so i'm used to a slightly salty drink which this has. I think that might be what turns some people off. It mixes really well with a mini electric whisk and does not leave any weird texture. I took a star off because of the price. I wish it was abit cheaper but i will probably keep using it as i am trying to increase my protein.

Such an easy way to get my protein intake post-gym without drinking a heavy smoothie! I also love that these have electrolytes, which feels like it is an added bonus for helping my body recover + restore after a sweaty workout.

I’ve been testing the Arrae Clear Protein+ and honestly… it’s kind of become my lazy-girl wellness staple. It’s light and more like flavored water than a typical heavy protein drink, but still packs protein and electrolytes, which I love. Only downside is it doesn’t mix well with a spoon and can get a bit chunky, so a frother or hand blender makes a big difference. Overall, it’s one of those products that makes hitting your protein goals feel low effort, which, if we’re being honest, is the whole point.

This product has been turning up on my Instagram for years and I’ve almost purchased it 100x but was held back by cost and shipping to Canada prices. Lucky for me a friend recently tried it and hated it, so gave me her box. Pros: portable single packs are great to keep in your bag or desk. Dissolves quickly and easily . Mehs: taste. It’s drinkable, but not anything I’d ever crave. I tend to chug it back. My friend who loves this product swears by doctoring it up with some lemon juice and fruit… but to me that kind of defeats the purpose of the portability of it Con: price . Clear protein isn’t new to the market anymore and there are cheaper tastier alternatives available now ( although few have the single serving packets )
