I just wore my new Arc fit on the mountain for the first time. For some reason I was sceptical as it didn’t feel like it would keep me warm enough as it felt like I could feel the cold at the bottom. BUT. As I started riding my body felt free as the material was so light and it actually regulated my body heat. Please note the right layers must be worn underneath. A+ after the experience of it being used.

Ordered a base layer online costing £110.00. Took the money out of my account same day but no email to acknowledge the order.4 days later still no response.Sent them a query to their email. Finally an acknowledgement they are looking into it but no acceptance of any order. After 7 days still no update so i gave them 48 hours to either send the goods or return the money.3 days later acknowledged that they are very busy with high volume of requests meaning after 11 days after ordering, still no acknowledgement that they have received the order with my money in their bank account. Finally had to ring my bank to start process of refund recovery.One of the worst experiences of online ordering i have come across. Totally changed my perception of this company. I'll stick to RAB thank you. Now 14 days and still no refund or goods delivered or communication. Next step to report this company to the National Crime Agency as a scam. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - A TOTAL NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH.

I've got multiple jackets from Arc'teryx and for me they have the best quality, design, fit, and look in the outdoor department. My favorit is the Atom Hoody LT. I've never worn a lighter Jacket that keeps me warm at 5 degrees Celsius than the Atom LT

Arc'teryx policies and customer service horrible. They are treating costumers like criminals. Furthermore, they limiting buying one item at the time and after that than blocking you from ordering more. Are you people wane support such business, when company treating you without respect and friendly relationship. Ask yourself, otherwise next time they will treated you like a garbage

Bought an Arc'teryx down jacket for 450 and it only lasted 2 weeks. First is starting leaking feathers, then a hole developed. I called Arc'teryx and they said I was stuck with it....here is a patch...

They need to take care of their customers or they will start losing more as they just lost me for good. This is the fastest way to kill your own business. Do not buy from this brand because they do not replace any of their products.

I wouldn’t but from this brand at any cost they have refused to repair all items sent to them on multiple occasions. These items were less than a year old. Terrible customer support and they’re so rude. I told them to eff off, because the last thing I need is for someone to be rude after scamming me. Their warranty is bull and they will deny yours. DON’T BUY!

I cannot recommend buying any Arc'teryx jacket, especially not in the high price range. After two years of use and careful care, my Alpha SV developed Gore Delamination (blistering of the Gore membrane) throughout the jacket. It took Arc'teryx customer care over six weeks to evaluate and to let me know the jacket has reached its end of life. I have had a similar experience with two previous Alpha SV jackets. Choose another brand if you want a product with a long life. I will never rebuy Arc'teryx.

I spend a ton of times outdoors and used to be a competitive skiier. Although I'm much more casual with the sport, I do enjoy the gear aspect of things. Arc'teryx really really disappointed me. I loved the idea and gore-tex capabilities but my boyfriend got me the Rush jacket and for the price the quality just wasn't there. I am a regular S but the sizing was very awkward. I've used the jacket only twice and I'm already noticing some scuffs and areas where the material isn't going to hold up to regular use.

I bought a pair of Arcteryx boots that were clearly marked Goretex. On their first outing in the rain (city walking) my feet got soaked. No way these were Goretex. You should be able to take such things back to the store where you bought them. Instead, I got a big run around from customer service, which expects you to pack up your purchase and ship it, at your own expense, to Vancouver (across the country for me), after which they'll decide what to do. The big bucks they charge aren't going to quality control or customer service, that's for sure

Very sad. I’ve always had an amazing experience with Arcteryx, but these past two weeks have been enough for me to never buy another article of clothing from them again. I’ve been buying from them for the past four years. I’ve always had speedy shipping and notifications about my orders. This month (Nov.14th) I ordered a sweater for a family member as I often do during the holidays. I received my confirmation email as usual. (I had bought a similar item on Nov. 12 and everything was going smoothly. I received my package in a timely manner.) After a week with no notifications about the tracking information of my package I sent an email to customer service asking if they knew the status of my order and they calmly reassured me that it was still in the processing stage. A few days later I still had no idea of where my package was and I sent another email asking if I could simply cancel my order. They responded to me after a couple days saying that there had been an issue with my payment (which I had used for the purchase on Nov.12th so I believe this was an excuse to wash their hands of the fiasco). They then told me that I had to replace my order. By the time I went to place it again the item I had bought was out of stock (it was still available the day before). If they would have been more timely and clear with their responses and let me know that there had been an issue I would have been able to replace the order and receive my merchandise. Given that this issue was Arcteryx’s doing I asked for a personal voucher/discount code to fix the situation. Bruno kindly told me that he would ask around for me, but as the shifts changed other agents told me to use the generic Black Friday 15% off discount. I find it insulting and extremely upsetting to see such an amazing brand behave this way. It doesn’t cost them anything to send a 20% or 30% discount code for the inconvenience. Honestly I have been buying from them 3/4 times a year for the past 4 years and I really never thought that I would say that I won’t be buying from them again. Extremely upsetting and disrespectful, horrible customer service. Saddening. Sincerely, Véronique

I had a pair of Arcteryx boots that really hurt my feet on a long hike. It was clear to me that the product was faulty; one could feel hard ridges inside the heel cup wall, which rubbed on my feet and caused significant pain. The company was unhelpful, denying any warranty, leaving me with useless boots. Oh, I was offered $43.00 to buy more Arcteryx product--no kidding! So as long as you like their merchandise, fine. But don't expect any help if you don't.

I got a winter jacket when I was living in Montreal. I came from the South of France so Canadian winters were hardcore to me. That jacket really changed my winter experience! Lightweight, really warm, it has the same feeling that 5 star hotel sheets. Love it!
