I bought tretinoin for $75 it didn’t work out for me. I asked for a refund they don’t give refunds i understand, but i got confused when they messaged me you pay $75 for one bottle. You dont get a three month supply for $75 you get a one month supply a bottle for $75. Which doesnt make sense to me i have a email saying i will get billed every three months for my tretinoin not just a bottle. They tried to talk me into getting a different ingredient tretinoin which is for cystic acne I explained to them how I can’t use that either because I have super sensitive skin and the ingredients in that won’t work out. They dont have a phone number to reach a person to talk to so you have to email or message them on their website. They like to string you along since the only customer service they have is only done through text. Highly would not recommend.
