    love the concept of the store (sale is before manufacture, amount made based on interest and price goes up after launch) - unique and quality designs, though my sandal straps have separated due to age on the glue.

    Really bad quality. Bought sneakers 7 months ago and a seam broke. Customer service refused to take any responsibility. When i buy something for 130€ i expect it to last at least a year!

    Recently bought these from Free People for $220+. They are mid as hell. They look and feel cheap in person, the laces are crazy stiff and they attract all kinds of tiny particles so constantly have to pick lint and stuff off of the laces. If I had been able to return them I would’ve because they are terrible. They would’ve been a waste of money at any price point. I will avoid any and all other Alohas brand products.

    Got SWAY ballerinas gifted from my friends who bought them as new from an influencer. They broke after 2 weeks of use so I contacted the customer service. They refused to take any responsibility of this case since I didn’t purchase them on their website. They tell to be sustainable brand but there is 0 sustainability, you need to have quality that doens’t break after two weeks and you need to be accountable for the products you produce. Instead of replacing or even fixing them, they offered me 10% off from my next purchase. I would never buy anything from this brand after this experience. Please do not buy SWAY ballerinas since they will break after a few weeks. If you want to spend 160e, spend it to another company.
