I mistakenly bought two pair of these, thinking they were for boys (for my grandson) and because I opened the package (because they looked way too big), the company won’t return my money. I can’t even use these and they were pricey to begin with. I was hoping they would help my autistic grandson. I’m sad and mad that I can’t get a refund!!! Be careful when buying because their refund policy is awful. Be sure to read before you buy!!

I was impressed when I received my order of 5 pairs of Elite II Longer Boxer Briefs in February 2024. Design, quality and comfort were totally what I was looking for..... But in the space of 4 weeks, every pair developed holes below the waistband. I immediately contacted their support team with pictures, to assist them and following a delay of a few day's due to holiday's, they immediately agreed there was an issue and have agreed replaced all the items, as they were not aware of the manufacturing fault. So after initial disappointment, their customer service has come through in spades. The products are brilliant and I think I was just unlucky to get a faulty batch - that happens, but fixing the problem is the real test of a companies metal. As a customer, one cannot ask for better customer service.

This is the best brief I’ve ever owned…truly! Like another reviewer…I previously wore Mack Weldon but…nothing beats the H Fly Kangaroo pouch. Unzip…tug down…and GO! Complete support and comfort. Looks great in the bedroom and the locker room. And the price can not be beat. Excellent all around!

I bought 9 pairs for my husband and he is so pleased with them. They stay in place and wash perfectly. He's tried the other top brands and these are his favorite.

I have their underwear from a few years ago that haven't held up . Whereas my underwear from other brands still are fine minus a bit fading, my All Citizen ones elastic have worn out and are very loose now.

Honestly my favorite pair of underwear I have ever purchased, and I have tried many pairs. First the material is amazing and incredibly soft. The band on the thigh is tight enough to keep the underwear from sliding up your leg, but it isn't too tight that is causes discomfort. The waist band bends with you and rarely fold over on itself. I purchase the pouch for added comfort, but it is not as good as other pouch underwear. The horizontal fly is very useful and is designed well. The price compared to other premium underwear companies is what makes these underwear #1. I will getting rid of all my other pairs for these.

First off would like to mention I'm doing this via voice to text so that's why there will be no punctuation I absolutely love these underwear they are the best design I have ever seen or worn the pockets in a great place keeps your junk right where it's supposed to be I don't care what you're doing or how long you're doing it it will not come out they are made of 100% polyester or microfiber material which is breathable and they have elastic leg bands that keeps the legs from riding up they have mesh breed zones in the crotch and across the lower back right under the band not to mention the wide no roll band which works phenomenal and doesn't get hot all citizens has designed the relax pocket boxer brief and I could not be happier or give it any higher regards that's underwear hands down since buying I've seen other companies advertisements for them cuz that's how Google works and none of the pockets seem to look like they are in the right place or we keep your stuff where they're supposed to be I think everything would fall right out on the three other brands I'm thinking of anyhow five star five star customer service they tell you two day shipping and believe it or not you will get it within 2 days just like as promised I ordered the first pairs of trial and fell in love after wearing them the first day so that night I ordered the six pair from the drawer refresh which arrived within the two days after could not be happier with this product the company stands behind their product they do and say what they do everything is legit great customer service they'll refund your shipping like they tell you they will do if you order again yada yada yada Had to make sure it's still recording by far hands down the most comfortable best underwear you will buy they have a customer for life in me I guarantee you that

I received a promo for a heavily discounted pair of boxer briefs in my latest GQ quarterly box. They fit very well and offer a great degree of comfort. The only drawback was I still had to pay for shipping.

Nice and soft.

Their jeans are super high quality and last years. I definitely recommend if you have the budget. Their denim designs are really timeless but still on trend, which in my opinion, is exactly what you want when you're shopping.

Not good. Fabrics comfy buy seams loosen after few wash.

Undershirts are incredible. Very comfortable and hold their shape well.

versatility

This is a fantastic brand with great products at incredibly fair prices. That would be enough, but when you add in their outstanding customer service they knock it out of the park. I have emailed back and forth with them a few times and they are always quick to respond and friendly. I would agree with one other reviewer that they may run a little small, so sizing up or switching to athletic fit might be a good idea if you’re a little bit of a bigger guy (as I am).

Excellent, responsive customer service that are ready and willing to answer questions. Very high quality materials and craftsmanship. Most detail oriented boxers I have found this far.

Comfortable and cheaper than other competitors. The "Paradise pocket" takes a little getting used to, but i love them. Customer service is excellent and very responsive.

Ok I have tried very many of these so called "pouch" underwear for men which claim to seperate things out down there and stop your scrotum from sticking to your thighs. Some work better than others but none do the full job. The All Citizens version fail in the most basic way, but lets start with what OK about the product. The material, waist band and the bands around the bottom of each leg are ok and the shape of the panel inside is about ok so that it doesn't cut up underneath the scrotum but that's where it stops. Firstly the inside "panel" which is suppose to seperate your scrotum from your thighs is only stitched in at the top and bottom and not at all down each side meaning simply that you "balls" fall out each side and end up resting back on your thighs whilst the panel ends up being pulled high up into your groin doing absolutely nothing. Secondly there is no provision for seperating the penis from you scrotum so that just ends up squashed ontop of your scrotum to add to the sweating issue as well as adding the moisture to trhe mix everytime you take a pee. I wrote a more detailed product review with product development suggestion which was completely ignored, so sorry will not be buying this product again or be recommending them to anyone.

I am rating this company not on the quality of their men’s underwear products but on their shipping and customer service. In the past, I have had no problems receiving shipments but All Citizens seem to have changed their tracking system. I ordered 1 pair of briefs on August 10,2024 to check the sizing as they recommended. I have received only confirmation of the purchase. I live in Canada and paid exorbitant shipping which was okay at first but I didn’t get my order. Any attempt to contact the company in the USA or Canada with my order number has been futile. Therefore, I suggest buyer beware.
