I’ve had for 4 months—It held up in the rain and snowy winter extremely well. I had an old rusty mailbox so super happy to have a new one—I didn’t really think about my mailbox befor but no when I pull in the driveway I notice it every time. I get a lot of complements from friends.

Thanks to package theft I was in the market for something to keep my deliveries safe until I could bring them inside. Adoorn's Package Box looked like it checked all the boxes for security and style. It did take a couple hours to assemble, but their customer service was helpful when I needed to make sure I was building it correctly. This is on my covered porch and so far my deliveries are safe and dry. Our Amazon delivery driver even thanked us for having somewhere safe to leave things!

I love my adoorn post mount mailbox that I recently installed. It's a little bit larger than I was expecting, but I like this because I don't need to check my mailbox every day. Installation was also a breeze and the mailbox feels super high quality - I think I'll be keeping this one for a long time (after my last one lasted me less than a year). Thanks adoorn!

Buyer beware: Adoorn has a pretty but useless product they don’t stand behind. We backed them on Indiegogo in March. Received the mailbox in September, significantly later than promised. I am livid. We received our large mailbox around 4 months ago. It came with dents, the instructions were impossible, some weather stripping was missing, and the latch didn’t work until we removed a washer. After much back and forth, we received some extra weather stripping and were told that the rest was no big deal as it was internal and the door now latched. Fast forward a couple of months. There is water in the mailbox and some hinges are starting to rust. We still had not received the door numbers either. I sent pictures again and described the issues. I didn’t receive a response for 3 weeks. Here is what I was told: “Apologies for our very delayed response, we’re again so sorry to see you’re experiencing issues with water and rust. We are so appreciative of your backing for the adoorn campaign on Indiegogo. Your campaign contribution is not eligible for a refund or replacement of the item. It is important to understand that backing a campaign and claiming a perk on Indiegogo are not the same as buying an item online. Instead, supporting a crowdfunding idea on a platform like Indiegogo means you are helping a work-in-progress project, idea or cause. Indiegogo wants to let its community dream big, so Indiegogo doesn’t have criteria for what kind of project can become an Indiegogo campaign, other than what’s outlined in Indiegogo’s Terms of Use. Thank you so much, The adoorn team” This morning, I got our mail, and there were puddles in the box, a ton of water trapped in the door, and our mail was soaked so severely that I couldn’t read half of it. In addition, all the screws on the bottom of the door are now rusty. What a shit show. I understand having a new product is tricky, but this is unacceptable. They don’t stand behind what they’re selling, or they’d make sure their first customers and supporters are taken care of. These are not silly little issues. A mailbox that collects water is quite honestly useless. A plastic tub would do a better job. The FAQs on Indiegogo promise a “Limited Lifetime Warranty.” I wonder what it covers if not these issues. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would love to recommend the small package box, but wow, I have experienced car wrecks that were less traumatic than putting this thing together. In the assembly video they state that it is shipped unassembled to cut costs. I would have happily paid more to have it shipped ready to go. The video is useless as it doesn’t show details. The assembly instruction photos are so dark, so again useless. It took myself and a friend almost 3 hours to assemble, occasionally also using feet and my forehead in addition to hands. The screws are tiny and easy to strip, especially as the holes don’t line up terribly well. I’m not going to lie, I ended up gluing the top panel in place. The final insult is that the green is much more elf like than I would have liked. Hopefully it’ll keep packages safe and dry. We’ll see……

We absolutely loved the design of our Adorn mailbox it’s stylish, modern, and made a big impact on our home’s curb appeal. After several months, we noticed a few signs of wear that seemed unusual, so I reached out to the Adorn team just to ask about it. They responded right away, were incredibly helpful and kind, and even offered to replace the entire mailbox without hesitation. They mentioned they hadn’t seen an issue like this before, which made it clear that they care about quality and take feedback seriously. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like this. We’re still big fans of the design and now even bigger fans of the customer service!

I purchased my mailbox through Kickstarter & have really enjoyed my purchase. I had a small paint issue & Adoorn not only gave me great advice going forward, but replaced my unit as well! Their product is great & their customer support is terrific. If you need a locking mailbox, this company is the best!

Purchased this mailbox because of the size, contemporary design and choice of colors. Looked great once mounted in front of my house. After a year or so I had a minor issue with one of the seems and Adoorn’s great customer service went above and beyond and took care of it right away. Thank You.

We ordered the small blue mailbox to add a little pop of color to our home. I love the color and the design; it adds a little style to the house. We had small issue with our box being damaged in shipping and the customer service of Adoorn was very responsive and offered us a couple options to resolve the concern. We had a positive experience dealing with this small company.

I did a lot of research before I bought the Adoorn products. I bought the large post mailbox and the large package box. Also, address numbers. The product is beautiful and my contractor did not have any trouble installing them. Neighbors are jealous! Customer service was extremely quick to respond to emails - both when I thought I was going to trade down in mailbox size (I decided not to) and when I requested more copies of keys.

I received my wall mount box on time and in great shape. I was impressed with the quality of the mailbox. It was easy to install. I lost the keys right after installing it and contacted customer service. They responded immediately and took care of my problem. Great product and customer service. I would highly recommend Adoorn.

We received our Adoorn wall mounted mailbox for our new home. Looks Great. The size allows our mail to be placed in the box securely We knew right away this is a quality product when we removed it from the box. You can just see and feel this is a quality product.

The Adoorn Small Locking Mailbox and mounting post is a beautiful addition to my home/security. I like the open front-door option with Adoorn because it is convenient for mail retrieval while in my vehicle. This is a quality product. My mailbox had a scratch and was dented upon arrival to my home. I contacted Adoorn's customer service via email, and Jamie was very quick to respond with problem resolution. She is sending an undamaged locking mailbox replacement and beautiful brushed silver house numbers at no additional cost. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

We ordered a white mailbox from adorn, it came very quickly and looks absolutely beautiful. I even ordered the wrong numbers and adorn was very helpful with correcting my order. The curb appeal of the box is next level 👍🏻
