    Skin + Me

I've suffered with acne since my teenage years and I've never found a product that's helped. I've used so many different products over the years. Many expensive, full of plastic or stripped my skin causing damage. I was having a crazy acne breakout and up popped Skin & Me. I thought "what have I got to lose!?". I felt confident ordered as they use dermatologists and create a personal treatment for your skin needs, which can be updated when needed. I also ordered the cleanser and moisturiser alongside my personal treatment. I love the texture of the cleanser. It's like a balm and goes on the skin so smoothly. It's very gentle and doesn't irritate my face. I found out I didn't need to use as much moisturiser as I would normally would to get the same hydrated feeling. A little goes a long way. The personal treatment, even after a few days, made me skin feel smoother. Sadly, I wasn't able to afford to carry on with the subscription after the first month so never got to experience the full effects of Skin & Me.

I can't really find an issue with Skin & Me.

    Wild

I'd seen Wild ads popping up here and there. I decided to take the plung and purchased a cute Wild orange case with the Orange and Neroli scent. The smell is gorgeous! I use it after every shower but find it doesn't keep me smelling pleasant for as long as I would like. The consistency of the deodorant is nice and goes on smooth. It doesn't make me feel 'clogged' up as spray deodorant does. I'm keen to try some of the other scents especially the Jasmine and Mandarin Blossom.

I'm finding it difficult to release the old deodorant to put in a new refill. I've just run out of deodorant too. I'm debating on buying a new case and refill but I don't want to have the same problem as it defeats the reusable sustainably side of Wild. Also, I hope there's another rainbow case in the future.

    Oatly

My husband and I are trying to lead more of a vegan lifestyle. We have found it difficult to give up a cup of tea with dairy. We've tried all sorts of plant based milks but, honestly, none are good for a cuppa. Until one day at work we had run out of milk. Desperate for a cup of tea, and only 5 hours into my 14 hour shift and the local shop shut, I ransacked the fridge. There it sat a carton of Oatly with my colleague's name writed across it (sorry Jen). I poured a bit in and, anticipating the worst, I took a sip. I was pleasantly surprised. It had a cream taste and no weird aftertaste. I have bought a couple of cartons so far and even my husband has been happy with a Oatly coffee.

Great in a cup of tea so I'm happy.

    Who Gives a Crap

Away from home and down to our last sheet of the TP. I popped into the local convenience store on the hunt. That's wherw I came across a cute little present. The packaging was striking, one was like cake sprinkles. My favourite! I purchased two and off we went back to our hoilday cottage. I have no complaints on the toilet paper. It was soft and thick, a pleasure to wipe. It lasted ages, unlike some of the cheaper rolls. It also made me happy that it was 100% recycled and biodegradable. We have to do our bit for the Earth where we can, even when pooping.

I was quite surprised with the quality and how long the toilet paper lasted. I can't see any need for improvement so far.
