A chef I follow online recommended this brand of olive oil. I am still a beginner cook but I know the importance of a great olive oil and the impact it has on meals. Zimms Organic's COOK olive oil is definitely the most expensive olive oil I have purchased, but it was definitely worth it! From the beautiful packaging to the high quality oil, this is an outstanding brand. I love how the website tells me exactly when and where the oil was harvested. I am 100% this type of transparency with all products, and it is often worth paying a little more for peace of mind and great quality.
