I can’t live without Zbiotics. I used to get awful hangovers the next day but I haven’t experienced a hangover in over 2 years since downing one of these before drinks. Yes, I still get asian glow and I feel groggy the next day, but it’s life-changing to not be bed-ridden and puking for a whole day.

DOES NOT WORK. :-( With all the hype, I figured I would give this product a try and purchased the 12-pack. As expected, it did not work. We all know that dehydration is the key to avoiding hangovers, and checking your urine color, and for bubbles is a simple way to monitor your hydration. After trying this product multiple times, under different circumstances, it simply just doesn't work. If you are dehydrated, this product will not work for you. A hydration product, like Pedialite, will give you better results without the high price.

Can not tell if it works used it 3 times, still felt a headache and hangover the first time, but the third was better though still hazy.

I've taken ZBiotics more than 10 times now over a few months. I've found taking an hour prior stops any bad effects and appears to neutralize acetaldehyde regardless of amount. I believe, knowing too early for clinical data, ZBiotics is a wise precaution for general health and to protect organs, and after many months I believe is effective at stopping ALD progression. Just sharing experience, it seems others have observed similar general effect. I also eat very healthy and take high-quality modern supplements, more so when needed. Researchers even advise 3 cups of regular coffee every day confirmed today by meta-analysis, who would have guessed. And red sage(salvia miltiorrhiza) has been making news for its magnesium in stopping fibrosis. Abstinence is best after a long life and ZBiotics is a wise precaution until then. DHM is another supplement that works just as well, a powerful combination to fight acetaldehyde's deleterious effects.

ZBiotics is excellent. I am a casual and light drinker, 2 drinks and that’s usually it for me. On our first night in London we had a pub crawl planned, and I didn’t want to start vacation hungover. So I took zbiotics ahead of time. My mouth was a little dry the next morning, but I was completely unaffected by the drinking the night before. A fantastic product that worked exactly like they said it would 👍 *also I have a sensitive stomach, zibotics did not upset my stomach in anyway.

With moderation, this is a solution to that ugh feature of a late night with drinks. I am older and more sensitive to late nights, so this is a solution I provide to not just me but also my guests. I want happy memories for all.

Absolute game changer! I suffer from extreme nausea the morning after drinking, and ZBiotics has made a noticeable difference. Gave to two of my friends to try out as well, and they are already hooked and ready to purchase more. Definitely a product I will continue to buy- huge fan!

I love that this is a preemptive solution instead of a post-night out cure – it's pretty low effort to remember to take before going out and I was left feeling more refreshed after a night out instead of sluggish. Would definitely recommend!

I literally can’t believe how well zbiotics works! I spent last week at a work conference in Vegas. It was filled with lunches and dinners that served cocktails at every meeting. I made sure to drink my zbiotics beforehand and the alcohol never affected me. I felt totally fine to get up the next day and head to the next meeting. I rarely drink that much in a month, much less all compacted into a week, and I was concerened I couldn’t keep up. God bless zbiotics! I had no problem the entire time I was there! I’ll never go out without zbiotics again!

Had a chance to try it on a few different occasions. Each time I was blown away by how effective it works. Usually, I wake up with a nasty hangover after a night of drinking but when I take a shot of Zbiotic before going out I wake up feeling much more refreshed without all the grogginess. Overall loved the packaging and design - great experience.

I’m not a big drinker, but last night I went out to a work dinner. I took ZBiotics at the start of the evening, then had 4 glasses of sake and a hot toddy over the course of the meal. I forgot to have much water, so I drank a couple glasses when I got home before going to bed. I feel fine this morning. No nausea, no headache. I’m tired from being up late, but otherwise I feel totally normal and like I didn’t drink at all. ZBiotics worked great for me and I will buy it again before I plan to drink.

This product is AMAZING. I get headaches and feel groggy after 1 glass of wine. Having worked in the wine industry for years, I have tried everything on the market. This is seriously the only product that claims to prevent negative affects from alcohol that I have found that actually works.

I love Z Biotics! This product has helped immensely with my lifestyle. I am able to be social and enjoy a few drinks while it doesn’t derail my plans for the next day. It’s as if I hadn’t indulged in a drink at all! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Z Biotics!!!

I tried ZBiotics a couple of years ago now, and absolutely will not drink without it! After trying multiple different hangover supplements that didn't work too well, it has been incredible to finally find a product that allows me to feel good as new a night after drinking.

ZBiotics works wonders. I’ve taken some before several weddings and big events and have woken up feeling great on mornings when I would normally have a debilitating hangover. They won’t help you solve for the lack of sleep so you’ll still wake up tired or out of it, but the life sucking headache that normally follows a long night out will be nowhere to be found. I’ve been out with groups where half of us have taken it and half of us haven’t let me tell you, the people who used ZBiotics were better off the next day. Highly recommend

I have used ZBiotics many times over the years with family and friends, and without question it always gets a rave review from the group. I am admittedly not the biggest drinker, but I've brought this product on family holidays, bachelor parties, evenings out, and I've only ever heard folks sing its praises at the most important time - the day after. Just on a social level too I have found that it's great excuse for gathering folks to get on the same page at the start of an evening when otherwise people could be scattered around a room, split off, etc. A group shot of Zbiotics definitely tells everyone that the night has begun and the festivities have commenced.

Bought my first pack of ZBiotics before a trip to the UK. Loved that they fit in my tsa liquids bag and loved even more that it actually worked! After a night out we still felt great and were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about not having a few drinks at dinner

Big fan of ZB. I’m only good for 1-2 drinks now (hellooooo 30s) and I can’t afford to be bedridden the next day. I’ve lost too many sundays or mondays to hangovers, and this makes sure I can carry on with my life. I’ve definitely noticed the flavor improving too.
