Z Biotics is the best thing before starting the night and have an early morning. I've been using it for a couple years now and I try to have it constantly stocked. I do several whiskey reviews per week along with cigar/ drink pairings and its the best for a semi- pro like myself...lol cheers.

I go to Penn State University. Which is known for the party atmosphere. Took one the day of the whiteout game. ABSOLUTELY NO HANGOVER THE NEXT DAY. We woke up and I took one before the tailgate at around 10am, drank until 6. Absolutely no hangover the next day.

I am NOT a drinker at all, literally two beers will absolutely destroy me. I get hungover and sick incredibly easily, to the point where even a small night out usually ruins my entire next day. With all the hype, I figured I would give this product a try and purchased the 12-pack.  As expected, it did not work.  We all know that dehydration is the key to avoiding hangovers, and checking your urine color, and for bubbles is a simple way to monitor your hydration.  After trying this product multiple times, under different circumstances, it simply just doesn't work.  If you are dehydrated, this product will not work for you.   A hydration product, like Pedialite, will give you better results without the high price.
