I like using this prior to a night where I know I will be having a few drinks. The pre-activation helps ease the experience and I wake up more energized and focused the next morning with less hangover symptoms.

I use zbiotics for the occasional time when I might have more than my usual 1 glass of wine or beer. I experience improved sleep and no effects the next morning compared with not using it.
