The product I didn’t know I needed! It works really well. I only wish it was a powder or the pills were smaller. They’re a little hard to digest. I really notice a difference!

I use the ovulation sticks in combination with the Flo app to track my cycle. I am not attempting to get pregnant (or keep from getting pregnant) through natural family planning, but I have always had an abnormal cycle and have had long periods of irregularity with my cycle. This is a great tool, inexpensive and you get plenty of product to last you a few months!
