I got this from my friend when I was car sick and she put It on my tempels. It had a very strong smell but It actually worked really well.

So wild to see this stuff here. It’s been around forever. If you have car sickness or altitude sickness or feeling any kind of nausea, place a few drops on a piece of cloth and inhale. The scent is very strong and menthol-y, so just be prepared. If you have any aches or body pains, rubbing a small amount on the area may help to alleviate it.

A longtime asian household staple, I use this stuff for everything. Similar to the way one might use vicks, I bring it in the car for aromatherapy when I feel carsick, I dap it on my temples when I have a headache, or on any spots that feel achy or sore.
