Love my glasses from here - the eye doctor working at the Paramus NJ location is very friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend this brand for glasses!

Very accommodating in their store. And you can get a little money back via insurance. Customer support/service was amazing! I needed a change in prescription a month after the purchase and they swapped the pair with no charge!!

I've always had a good experience with Warby Parker, including offering a wide array of lens styles, fast shipping and quick responses from customer service.

I think Warby Parker has stood the test of time. I went into a LensCrafters for an eye exam and thought I’d buy a new pair of glasses on insurance - they were still 5x the price compared to Warby including lenses after insurance. 8 out of 10 times the customer service and in-store support is excellent. My first pair has lasted me over 5 years and counting and my second pair is super stylish and looks much more expensive than they are. Love that you can turn any frame including sunglasses into glasses - which ups the style ante significantly!

I ordered the Blue Light glasses (no prescription) and wasn't too impressed with the quality of the lenses. They scratched easily & fogged up within a few months -- making it harder to stare at a screen with them on.

I have purchased multiple pairs of Warby Parker glasses and I’ve been highly satisfied with all of them. They were the one of the first online glasses companies and truly innovated the market.
