I've been using Warby Parker for years. They're affordable, trendy and have great customer service! The styles are a bit repetitive but they're reliable and current.

Overall experience : Positive, ease of use, excellent customer service We needed new pairs of my husband and mother so we headed to a WP outlet near us. They tried a bunch of different frames and picked out the one they wanted. My mother didn’t have a recent eye exam so we scheduled with the on site optometrist who was fast, courteous, and affordable. My husband who has a recent prescription handed his information over to a sales rep. We chose a few extras (transition shade, etc), paid, and the glasses arrived at our home in less than 2 weeks! They fit exactly like in store and prescriptions were accurate. Occasionally we need adjustments to the ear hooks or nose bridge but that is as simple as dropping by a store. Our orders were 2 years ago and so far the frames are still holding strong!

I needed nice reading glasses and found them at Warby Parker. I wanted red and found the perfect color. I also had the blue light tint added as well. Very high quality at a reasonable price. My biggest criticism is since I am a small person and have a small head, I wish there were more frame options in the smaller size.

I bought two pairs of glasses, one for computer use and one for distance. Warby Parker has a great selection of styles and colors, and their virtual try on in the app is easy, intuitive, and very accurate! The most annoying part of my experience was having to go into the store to place my order because the online format wouldn't apply the discount of a sale that was running at the time. Other than that, friendly service and a great, durable product that I see myself having for years to come.

Their customer service has been incredible! I messed up inputting my prescription and was able to call and speak with someone very quickly and he fixed it in just a few minutes!

I like their glasses and sunglasses but I thing that they could use some more variety

Love! I just wish they were LESS durable so I could justify shopping for more and doing the at-home try on once a year (wink). This brand really hits that sweet spot of well-made, fairly priced, AND a fun experience.

Warby Parker got their experience right. I got my optometrist measurement, upload to WP site, pick frames I like, order, and pickup in store in case I need adjustment. Unbelievably, the prescription lens and frame worked perfectly out of the box, no fine-tuning or adjustments needed. WP frames are durable, they don't last forever, but can take a lot of wear before you need to change to a new frame. Very affordable. Love WP!

Great glasses at an AMAZING PRICE.

I’ve been a Warby Parker customer since 2018. I’m lucky to have enough local stores that I didn’t need to restrict myself to only trying on 5 pairs sent via mail. They always have so many options and are great quality. I’ve owned 5 pairs and the only reason I haven’t ordered more is that my prescription is still changing year to year. They make it so easy to adjust your glasses and they have such friendly employees. I’ve purchased the light-responsive lenses for all my glasses. I used to think it was so nerdy but I’m glad I listened to the WP person instead. Game changer!!

They have the best selection of funky cute glasses ,I have bad vision so my glasses were expensive but I did receive plenty of compliments on my frames

I love that they will send you frames to try on at home. I am so picky when it comes to glasses. But love that I can try them on ahead of time. They have great frame options that are soooo much cheaper than the majority of frames. If your lucky enough to have an actual store front by you (we have on near us in Pittsburgh) also super helpful and friendly. Great store with great customer service!

Good quality glasses but overpriced. Not enough deals or discounts.

Great customer experience after the purchase. I have several times now twisted and warped my glasses and brought them back into the store for help. They straightened them out and replaced the nose pads for free.

Love their physical locations but also love any brand that moves forward using new technology. I ordered my sunglasses by using their virtual try on and love them when I got them. I have had them for years now and they’re my favorite go-to pair. My only issue is I find that most of their glasses are made for more narrow faces and a lot of them just didn’t fit me.

I requested a set of frames from Warby Parker. I liked the fact that they trust the client enough to send a personally chosen set of frames to try on in your own home. The frames are a more expensive in my opinion for my money. So I sent the set back,but they were cute frames.

I’ve had several pairs of WB glasses and they’ve all been great. I like getting to try on different frames at home before ordering, so much better than trying on in store. I have a narrow face and most of their frames slide down my nose, however, they will adjust for free at any of their stores.
