Customer service is slow and I am not fond of the frames which seem to be very limited styles

I've been wearing Warby Parker glasses for years and really love them. They have an expansive selection of options and I'm able to curate my look around the frames I choose. They are accepted by my vision insurance so I can get a new pair every year. The shopping process is easy and the store employees are always really helpful. I got my most recent pair because they told me they looked good and they were right. I wouldn't have chosen them otherwise. I'll be going back for the foreseeable future.

I own several pairs of Warby Parker reading glasses. I love their designs and styles and also their variety. Their shopping process is also very easy and simple. I have never bought online but have gone to their stores and their service si always excellent. The lenses however do scratch easily. I have been able to get a replacement lens in the same frames.

I've bought over 5 pairs from Warby Parker. Their glasses are great quality and the stores have good customer service - I've brought in a pair for adjustment multiple times and they are very helpful. Their designs are always cute and trendy. Their sunglasses quality could be better - My pair did not hold up well in the sun and heat and I had to replace the lenses after a few years.

Have been wearing WP for years - love the price point and the variety of styles. They make computer work easier on my eyes sitting at my desk all day. The convenience of their try at home model is pretty great too, especially if you live somewhere far from a WP store. Great customer service too!

I cannot say enough good things about Warby Parker 1. I had no idea Warby Parker had brick and mortar locations! 2. I never would have imagined they would accept insurance (YAY!) I ended up stopping by Warby Parker on a whim since I needed knew glasses. I have visited many to different places for glasses over the years and Warby Parker had the best selection of frames by far. The frames were all super affordable and in style..The opticians were all friendly and helpful. Overall, was very impressed by the entire experience.

Poor customer service, returned to store front where purchased and was told "Once out of store we can not do anything about that."

Neutral on this...but it was quick and easy. The frame offerings weren't that extensive to be honest. All the styles pretty much looked the same. This is good if you're in need of something quick, easy and cheap. I don't wear my glasses out so this was easy for me but if I wanted something chicer I would go designer.

Affordable for people who want to update their glasses regularly, or people like me who lose/break/scratch their glasses regularly. I have experienced them losing their fit over time.

Ordered my first pair of Warby Parker glasses three years ago and they’ve now become my go to for prescription glasses. Love the option to try on pairs before you order. The price is my main reason for reordering, but noting that the quality is not as high as a name brand pair of glasses, but mine have still lasted and held up well!

I enjoy the quality and the affordability of Warby Parker. I tried their virtual try-ons and received the demo frames in the mail during Covid when it was hard to get into any regular eye appointments. The shipping was smooth and quick and I've had my glasses ever since! They also give you a discount if you need to update your lens prescription and keep the same frames. I paid only $99 to get my lenses updated and a new frame with them. Couldn't recommend them enough for eye wear variety and affordability!

I love how accessible (and cool) frames are, but after a few months, my lenses kept popping out of the frame!

They make great sunglasses - lots of style, don't easily break, lenses that protect your eyes but also let you see well through them. Customer service is top notch .

Decent glasses at a good price, and the ability to try them on first at home is great.
